At the end of the day, Tennessee’s offense is averaging nearly 43 points per game, even after last week’s loss. Josh Heupel’s squad play a pace and space game that Missouri is unlikely to match. Besides, a pissed off Volunteers squad will be tough to bet against. Tennessee is 6-1 against the spread in their last 7 games following a straight-up loss.

Surprisingly, the Missouri Tigers have yet to lose an SEC game by more than one score this season. In total, Missouri’s defense is an underrated unit, surrendering less yardage per game than even Alabama. However, the Tennessee offense is a different beast. Missouri’s secondary will have to have the game of their lives to keep all of Tennessee’s receivers in check for 60 minutes.

Quarterback Brady Cook is more than capable of managing the game and allowing his running game to control the clock. However, he’s thrown for only six touchdowns on the year. Missouri’s offense is built to be a methodical ball control unit. The Tigers will have to control the tempo and the clock to have any chance of an upset in Knoxville on Saturday.
