The 2026 College Football season kicks off August 29th in Week 0, with more than 130 FBS teams battling to win their conferences. Conference championship odds will shift all season based on wins and losses, injuries, and roster changes.
One big change this year: the Pac-12 is back. Boise State, Fresno State, San Diego State, Colorado State, Utah State, and Texas State left their old leagues to rebuild the conference. That gives us 10 FBS conferences in 2026.
We’re tracking the odds to win each FBS conference as they change throughout the season. The page starts with the Power Four conferences (in alphabetical order), followed by the Group of Six conferences.

Odds to Win 2026 ACC Championship

Miami is the ACC favorite at -450. Those odds give the Canes an 81.8% chance to win the league. A $20 bet on Miami would win $4.44 and return $24.44.
Miami has separated further from the ACC field. SMU (+900) is the only other team shorter than +2000, while Pittsburgh (+2400), Wake Forest (+2500), and Duke (+3100) round out the top five.

Oct 5: Miami moves from -350 to -450 at DraftKings after beating Clemson by four touchdowns on the road. The unbeaten Hurricanes climb to No. 4 in the AP poll, while Pittsburgh enters the top five at +2400.
Sep 28: Miami strengthens from -243 to -329 on average. Louisville tumbles from +614 to +1611 after a 30-27 home loss to Wake Forest.
Sep 21: Louisville moves into second after beating SMU 41-31. The Cardinals shorten to +614 on average, while SMU slides to +1146.
Sep 8: SMU shortens from +640 to +520 after opening the season with a 27-24 win at Florida State. Kevin Jennings throws for a career-best 430 yards and three touchdowns in the Monday night win.
Sep 7: Miami’s average odds shorten from -155 to -200 after a dominant 45-6 win at Stanford. Virginia replaces Clemson in the graph’s top four after LSU routed the Tigers 51-10.
Sep 1: Virginia’s average odds shorten from +1618 to +1411 after routing NC State 34-8 in the season’s first conference game. The Cavaliers held the Wolfpack scoreless on their first eight possessions.
Apr 28: Miami opens as the clear ACC favorite at -135. The Canes want their first ACC title after last year’s run to the national title game. SMU (+700), Louisville (+1000), and Clemson (+1600) follow in the early market.
Odds to Win 2026 Big 12 Championship
Utah and Texas Tech are co-favorites in the Big 12 at +250. Those odds imply a 28.6% chance to win the conference. A $20 bet on either team would win $50 and return $70.
Utah and Texas Tech share the top spot, with BYU (+310) close behind. Oklahoma State (+1100) and Houston (+1400) complete the top five.

Oct 5: Utah joins Texas Tech as the +250 co-favorite at DraftKings. BYU (+310) remains close behind as all three teams rank in the AP top 12.
Sep 7: Kansas State shortens from +1507 to +1196 after opening the season with a 71-3 rout of Nicholls.
Aug 24: Texas Tech shortens from +100 to -115 and becomes an odds-on favorite again. The defending champs open at No. 12 in both major preseason polls, ahead of every other Big 12 team. Utah drifts from +650 to +750.
Aug 11: Texas Tech drifts from -150 to -105. Brendan Sorsby is out for the season after his gambling case ended, and new starter Will Hammond is still working back from a torn ACL.
Aug 11: BYU shortens from +650 to +550 and moves up to second. Utah slides to +650 as the Cougars take over the chase spot.
Apr 28: Texas Tech opens as a heavy favorite at -110 after winning the Big 12 and making the Playoff last year. Utah (+700) and BYU (+750) sit next. Everyone else starts +1400 or longer.
2026 Big Ten Championship Odds
Ohio State leads the Big Ten at -125. That gives the Buckeyes a 55.6% chance to win the conference. A $20 bet on Ohio State would win $16 and return $36.
Indiana (+255) and Oregon (+465) are the only other Big Ten teams shorter than +2000. UCLA and Wisconsin now round out the top five.

Oct 5: Ohio State strengthens from -110 to -125 at DraftKings. The Buckeyes remain No. 5 in the AP poll, with Indiana at No. 7 and Oregon at No. 13.
Sep 28: Oregon moves to +448 on average after beating USC 41-27. Iowa enters the graph at +2217 after a last-play 20-19 win at Michigan, while USC falls out of the top four and Penn State slides after losing 24-20 to Wisconsin.
Sep 7: USC shortens from +1433 to +1243 after shutting out Fresno State 39-0. Indiana moves ahead of Oregon for second.
Aug 18: Oregon shortens from +260 to +240 and passes Indiana for second. Dante Moore is back after throwing for 3,565 yards and 30 touchdowns, and he opens the year as a Heisman favorite.
Apr 28: Ohio State opens at +180 with Julian Sayin and Jeremiah Smith back on offense. Indiana (+250) and Oregon (+300) are close behind. Michigan starts at +1000.
Odds to Win 2026 SEC Championship
Georgia is the SEC favorite at +140. Those odds give the Dawgs a 41.7% chance to win the league. A $20 bet on Georgia would win $28 and return $48.
Georgia and Texas (+270) lead the SEC board. Alabama has shortened sharply to +400, followed by LSU (+1050) and Florida (+1400).

Oct 5: Alabama shortens from +650 to +400 at DraftKings and rises to No. 6 in the AP poll. Florida doubles from +700 to +1400 after a loss to Missouri, which jumps to No. 14.
Sep 28: Florida enters the top four at +707 on average after routing No. 4 Ole Miss 52-28. Alabama is close behind at +764 after improving to 4-0 with a 49-18 win over South Carolina.
Sep 21: Ole Miss jumps into the top four at +757 on average after beating LSU 32-24. LSU drifts from +554 to +886.
Sep 14: LSU shortens from +679 to +554 on average. Oklahoma falls out of the top group after a 17-10 loss at Michigan.
Sep 7: LSU’s average odds shorten from +850 to +668 after the Tigers crushed Clemson 51-10 behind 644 yards of offense.
Aug 31: LSU drifts from +783 to +850 but remains third on the board. Alabama moves from +867 to +886, while Texas holds nearly steady at +316.
Aug 24: Oklahoma shortens from +1100 to +950 and closes in on LSU for fourth. The Sooners open at No. 10 in the AP poll and placed 10 players on the preseason Coaches All-SEC teams. Alabama moves from +800 to +850.
Aug 11: Texas A&M fades from +850 to +1000 and slips behind Alabama and LSU. Captain linebacker Daymion Sanford is expected to miss a big chunk of the season with a leg injury.
Apr 28: Texas opens as the SEC favorite at +300 with Arch Manning back under center. Georgia (+350) sits right behind after two straight titles. LSU (+650) and Texas A&M (+800) lead the next group.
2026 American Championship Odds
UTSA is the American favorite at +300. Those odds imply a 25% chance to win the conference. A $20 bet on the Roadrunners would win $60 and return $80.
Memphis (+320) is close behind UTSA, while North Texas shortens to +500. Army and South Florida round out the top five.

Oct 5: UTSA tightens from +345 to +300 at DraftKings, with Memphis close behind at +320. North Texas makes the biggest move in the top five, shortening from +900 to +500.
Sep 28: South Florida climbs to second after improving to 4-0, while Navy drops out of the top five after a second conference loss, 24-20 at UAB.
Sep 14: Memphis becomes the favorite as its average odds shorten from +515 to +406, compared with +380 at DraftKings. Navy falls from +395 to +810 after a 38-30 conference loss at Florida Atlantic.
Sep 7: Memphis’ average odds shorten from +585 to +515 after the Tigers improved to 2-0 with a 42-24 win over Arkansas State.
Aug 31: Memphis’ average odds shorten from +675 to +620 after opening the season with a 27-21 road win over UNLV. Navy remains the favorite and strengthens from +405 to +384.
Aug 18: Tulane drops out of the top five and falls past +800. Running back Jamauri McClure hurt his foot in camp, and coach Will Hall still has not named a starting quarterback.
Aug 18: South Florida enters the top five at +700. Eight Bulls made the preseason all-conference team, and Brian Hartline landed the best transfer class in the American.
Aug 11: Army fades from +600 to +850 and drops out of the top five. Running back Briggs Bartosh stepped away from football with a career-ending neck injury.
Aug 11: East Carolina enters the top five at +580. The Pirates now sit third on the board, ahead of Memphis and Tulane.
May 21: Navy opens as the American favorite at +360, even after North Texas and Tulane met in last year’s title game. UTSA (+475), Army (+600), and Tulane (+600) are the next best bets.
2026 Conference USA Championship Odds
Liberty is the Conference USA favorite at +125. That’s a 44.4% chance to win the league. A $20 bet on the Flames would win $25 and return $45.
Jacksonville State (+400) is Liberty’s closest challenger, followed by FIU (+720). Kennesaw State and New Mexico State complete the top five.

Oct 5: Liberty surges from +280 to +125 at DraftKings and separates from the Conference USA field. Delaware drops out of the top five, while New Mexico State enters at +1300.
Sep 14: Delaware shortens from +553 to +409 on average, while Liberty drifts from +247 to +376 after needing a late stop to escape Gardner-Webb 24-23.
Aug 18: Kennesaw State shortens from +1000 to +700. The defending champs are in year two under Jerry Mack, last season’s Conference USA Coach of the Year.
May 21: Liberty opens on top in Conference USA at +260. Western Kentucky (+280) is right there. Defending champ Kennesaw State starts back at +1000, with Jacksonville State (+450) and newcomer Delaware (+700) in the mix.
2026 MAC Championship Odds
Toledo leads the MAC at +180. That gives the Rockets a 35.7% chance to win the league. A $20 bet on Toledo would win $36 and return $56.
Western Michigan (+190) sits just behind Toledo. Ohio (+650), Miami (OH) (+950), and Central Michigan (+1100) round out the top five.

Oct 5: Toledo shortens from +260 to +180 at DraftKings and narrowly overtakes Western Michigan (+190) as the MAC favorite.
Sep 21: Western Michigan strengthens its grip on the MAC favorite spot after a 28-21 road win at Rice.
Sep 7: Western Michigan jumps from +369 to +238 and becomes the MAC favorite after taking No. 16 Michigan to the final play in a 13-12 loss.
Aug 18: Miami (OH) takes over as MAC favorite at +300. The RedHawks have played in three straight title games, and Western Michigan drifts to +400 after beating them for the crown last year.
May 26: Western Michigan opens as the MAC favorite at +320 after winning the league last year. Miami (OH) (+360) and Toledo (+400) are close behind. Ohio (+650) leads the next group.
2026 Mountain West Championship Odds
North Dakota State is the Mountain West favorite at -110. Those odds imply a 52.4% chance to win the league. A $20 bet on the Bison would win $18.18 and return $38.18.
New Mexico shortens to +180 behind North Dakota State. UNLV follows at +700, with Air Force and San Jose State next.

Oct 5: North Dakota State moves from +105 to -110 at DraftKings, becoming an odds-on Mountain West favorite. New Mexico also shortens slightly to +180.
Sep 21: North Dakota State shortens from +193 to +152 on average after a 31-10 road win over Sacramento State. DraftKings is even more aggressive at +105.
Sep 14: North Dakota State’s average odds shorten from +257 to +193, compared with +125 at DraftKings. New Mexico moves from +349 to +282 after a 70-7 win, while UNLV slides from +255 to +368 after a 44-6 loss at North Texas.
Sep 7: North Dakota State’s average odds shorten from +284 to +257 after a 38-0 win over Fordham. DraftKings is more aggressive, listing the Bison as the +160 favorite.
Aug 31: North Dakota State shortens from +330 to +285 and moves into second after crushing Jacksonville State 33-7 in its FBS debut. UNLV remains the favorite at +263 despite a 27-21 home loss to Memphis.
Aug 18: Hawaii fades from +480 to +700 and drops to fifth. Preseason All-Mountain West receiver Pofele Ashlock is still working back from a knee injury and sat out the start of camp.
Aug 11: UNLV takes over as the Mountain West favorite at +260. New Mexico drifts from +220 to +265 and drops to second.
Aug 11: North Dakota State lands on the board at +300 in its first FBS season. The Bison carry the highest win total in the league at 9.5.
May 26: With Boise State gone to the Pac-12, the Mountain West opens wide open. New Mexico is the slim favorite at +220, just ahead of UNLV (+240). Hawaii (+400) and Air Force (+550) follow.
2026 Pac-12 Championship Odds
Boise State is the Pac-12 favorite at -186. That’s a 65% chance to win the rebuilt league. A $20 bet on Boise would win $10.75 and return $30.75.
Boise remains an odds-on favorite and ranks No. 23 in the AP poll. Oregon State (+550) and Fresno State (+660) are now the closest challengers.

Oct 5: Boise State strengthens from -148 to -186 at DraftKings and remains the Pac-12’s only ranked team at No. 23. Oregon State (+550) and Fresno State (+660) move ahead of Texas State.
Sep 7: Boise State shortens from +149 to +106 after pushing No. 2 Oregon in a 34-27 road loss.
Aug 11: Fresno State shortens from +800 to +600 and climbs to fourth. Maryland transfer Khristian Martin has the inside track on the starting quarterback job.
May 26: The Pac-12 is back, and Boise State opens as the favorite at +120 in the new-look league. San Diego State (+350) and Texas State (+600) are next. Washington State (+800) and Fresno State (+1000) round out the top five.
2026 Sun Belt Championship Odds
James Madison is the Sun Belt favorite at -115. Those odds give the Dukes a 53.5% chance to win the league. A $20 bet on James Madison would win $17.39 and return $37.39.
Louisiana (+600) is the only other Sun Belt team shorter than +900. Appalachian State, Louisiana Tech, and South Alabama lead the chase pack.
