Episode 2 of Dancing With the Stars (Season 20) was a high-energy affair boasting predictably higher point totals as the celebrities and their partners eased into the long haul.

The favorites maintained their standings as they vie for the mirrorball trophy, no one was surprised to see LMFAO’s RedFoo and pro-partner Emma Slater being sent home.

Last week, we updated our pre-show odds based on the celebs’ performances on Episode 1.  With Episode 2 in the books, it’s time for another tweak. Here are odds on each remaining dance team after week 2.

Dancing with the Stars Season 20 Odds (after Episode 2):

Nastia Liukin (with Derek Hough): 3/1

  • Looking to be in mid-season form, professional Derek Hough and Olympic artistic gymnast Nastia Liukin had last night’s high score (34) doing the rumba to Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud.” The ostensible super-duo has topped our list each week, and there’s no reason to bump them now.

Rumer Willis (with Valentin Chmerkovskiy): 4/1

  • Validating their first-week high score (32), Rumer Willis and Valentin Chmerkovskiy cha-cha-cha’d with the same solid results. Though lacking in formal dance training (from what we can tell), Willis seems to have a sixth sense for the artform; this team may prove unbreakable and will likely dance free or die hard throughout the competition … 12 monkeys.

Robert Herjavec (with Kym Johnson): 6/1

  • If there’s one couple that appears to be having the most fun on the dance floor – and perhaps off it, as well – it’s Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson, who are reportedly dating. Last night, the couple turned in a solid foxtrot – “You Make Me Feel So Young” complete with video approval of Michael Bublé – to justify their jump from 12/1.

Willow Shields (with Mark Ballas): 8/1

  • Willow Shields may be the youngest DwtS contestant ever, but the 14-year-old appears to be a quick study. The Hunger Games actress did the Argentine tango with partner Mark Ballas for an impressive score of 32. She jumps up from 11/1.

Riker Lynch (with Allison Holker): 12/1

  • Riker Lynch appears to be out of his comfort zone. Still, the R5 singer and his partner Allison Holker turned in a surprising 32 foxtrotting to Maroon 5’s “Sugar.” That’s why the duo moves up from last week’s odds of 20/1.

Michael Sam (with Peta Murgatroyd): 15/1

  • Fresh from an NFL tryout, Michael Sam surprised the judges – and maybe even himself – when he and partner Peta Murgatroyd danced to the apropos “Working My Way Back to You.” Sam flew back from a combine event the day before to practice for his DwtS appearance. But it’s evident that Sam would trade his on-screen success for a better combine performance, which keeps him from climbing higher than 15/1.

Charlotte McKinney (with Keo Motsepe): 20/1

  • After a turbulent week, during which model-actress Charlotte McKinney was chastised for her cumbersome breasts, the duo staved off elimination by doing the cha-cha-cha to Katy Perry’s “California Gurls.” But the performance didn’t do anything for their prospects in the long-run. The duo drops from 17/1.

Suzanne Somers (with Tony Dovolani): 33/1

  • After last episode’s dismal performance to “Physical”, Suzanne Somers and partner Tony Dovolani jived to “Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On,” which resulted in a mediocre score (28) that staved off the inevitable one more week.

Chris Soules (with Whitney Carson): 35/1

  • Easily not the time of their lives, Chris Soules (“The Bachelor”) and professional dancer Whitney Carson turned in episode 2’s low score (21). Invariably, the couple is on the bubble for next week’s show.

Patti LaBelle (with Artem Chigvintsev): 35/1

  • Despite an injured knee, Patti LaBelle and her partner Artem Chigvintsev surprised the judges doing the salsa to a 50 Cent tune. (You read that right, don’t worry.) Still, at age 70, the soul singer’s stamina remains her biggest hurdle, and her knee could prove her undoing.

Noah Galloway (with Sharna Burgess): 35/1

  • With the third lowest score of the night (27), combat soldier/motivational speaker Noah Galloway and partner Sharna Burgess have a legitimate concern about surviving after next week.

Don’t forget to comeback next Tuesday when we update the odds post-Episode 3! Until then, enjoy the fancy footwork.
