Following a week break after Michael Brennan won the Baycurrent Classic in Japan, the PGA Tour resumes at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship. Last year, Adam Schenk won for the first time in his career on the main circuit, becoming the first American to do so at this event in the last five years. He returns as defending champ, with Ben James the favorite to claim his first PGA Tour title.

It’s being contested at Port Royal Golf Course, and it features a pretty weak field, with Corey Conners the lone player who competed at the Presidents Cup teeing it up this week. Going low is imperative for success at this venue, with -15 or better the winning score in the first seven iterations of this tournament, before Schenk won at -12 in 2025 amid wild gusting wind.

I’m starting my card this week with Andrew Novak, who has one win to his credit (the 2025 team event Zurich Classic), and has a pair of runner-ups, including a playoff loss at the 2025 RBC Heritage, and this very tournament, in 2024.

He enters with some pretty good form, having concluded the 2026 season with a T-7th at the Wyndham Championship, then began the Fall Series with a T-17th at the Biltmore Championship. You can snag him at +2700 on DraftKings, which is longer odds than the top-six golfers on the board, so there’s some value on him.

Butterfield Bermuda Championship 2026 Picks & Value Bets

  • Taylor Pendrith +3300 at DraftKings: Canadian Taylor Pendrith nearly won his second tournament of his PGA Tour career earlier in 2025, where he eventually lost in a playoff at the ISCO Championship. Why I’m especially bullish on him this week is because of his course history, which includes a T-5th in 2022 and T-8th in 2023. Pendy hasn’t competed here since then, but given his comfort at this place, I’m hopeful he can contend and get over the finish line for the second time.
  • Chandler Phillips +5500 at Kalshi: Chandler Phillips came oh so close to lifting his first trophy last season, as he finished runner-up at this tourney, a shot out of a playoff. He followed that up with a solid, if unspectacular season, that resulted in six top-15s. Given his track record at this course, I’m comfortable snagging him with this value.
  • Haotong Li +6000 at Kalshi: Based on talent alone, Haotong Li is one of the best players in this entire championship. I love snagging him at this price, given that fact, plus he’s been solid of late. Between the DP World Tour and PGA Tour, Li has posted three top-20s in his last four times teeing it up, making him very intriguing.
  • Davis Riley +13500 at DraftKings: Two-time PGA Tour winner Davis Riley is extremely hit or miss, but at this number, it’s worth a sprinkle. He was T-7th at this event in 2022, and finished third at the Rocket Classic just four starts ago. He’ll be fascinating to monitor in the top 5/10/20 markets.
