SGP Pick #1: Tom Brady Over 229.5 Passing Yards
After putting up two lackluster passing yardage games to start the campaign, Tom Brady has gone over 229.5 yards in the subsequent twelve contests. That includes last week, where he racked up 312 yards through the air against the Bengals.
Passing yard leaders through Week 15 –
Patrick Mahomes – 4,496
Justin Herbert – 4,019
Tom Brady – 3,897
Joe Burrow – 3,885
Josh Allen – 3,857— lindsey ok (@lindseyyok) December 19, 2022
He’s facing a Cardinals passing D that is ranked 24th in yards allowed this season. Through Week 15, Brady had the third most passing yards in the NFL. Tampa has the worst rushing offense in the league, with a paltry 74.3 yards per game average. That’ll mean more Brady tosses, as he’s attempted at least 40 throws in all but one of his previous twelve outings. That’s something to consider in the Week 16 player props.
SGP Pick #2: Chris Godwin Over 54.5 Receiving Yards
If we think Tom Brady is going to throw for a lot of yards, it makes sense to pair that up with trusted receiver Chris Godwin going over his total. Godwin has reached the 55-yard milestone in four of his last five games, with the lone time he missed being 54 yards. Our model has this affair going in the Buccaneers favor 21-15 over Arizona.

The Cardinals defense has allowed an opposing pass catcher to go over the 54.5 yard threshold in their last eight contests. Godwin should be able to exploit a vulnerable Cardinals secondary.
SGP Pick #3: Trace McSorley Under 174.5 Passing Yards
The Cardinals are down to their third string quarterback with Kyler Murray and Colt McCoy sidelined – enter Trace McSorley, who is in line for his first career start. Last week he came in for an injured McCoy and was a pedestrian 7-for-15 for 95 yards and two interceptions.
What makes life all that much more difficult for McSorley is the fact he’s facing the fourth best passing D, in terms of yards allowed per game. The 2019 sixth round draft selection might continue to struggle to find yards as the Cards are playing out the string in a disappointing campaign.
Buccaneers vs Cardinals Same-Game Parlay Odds (+350)
