The path to the AFC’s number one seed is plain and simple for the Chiefs. Beat the Raiders today and home field advantage for at least the Divisional Round and a bye is theirs.
Kansas City is a perfect 15-0 against AFC West opponents on the road with Patrick Mahomes under center, but that stat isn’t enticing bettors to lay 9.5 points against Las Vegas. Per the Chiefs vs Raiders public betting splits, Las Vegas is actually drawing the majority of the spread bets ahead of this rivalry game, something we actually agree with.
Our KC vs LV same-game parlay reflects that sentiment, and it’s also banking on plenty of offense, especially courtesy of number 15.

This Chiefs vs Raiders same-game parlay features four legs, and pays out +320 odds if it hits. The Chiefs may be masters of winning on the road, but covering big spreads in the process is a whole other beast.

Las Vegas Raiders +9.5
Kansas City is 3-8 against the spread in the last 11 road tilts where they’ve been favorites of 7 or more points. They’ve failed to cover in five straight instances, and are one of the worst cover teams in the NFL.
The Chiefs are just 5-10-1 ATS, and a league-worst 1-10 against the spread within the conference. They’re 5-0 straight up against divisional opponents, but haven’t covered in any of those wins.
NFL’s Worst ATS Records
Rank | Team | ATS Record |
---|---|---|
32 | Tampa Bay Buccaneers | 4-11-1 |
31 | Chicago Bears | 5-10-1 |
30 | Kansas City Chiefs | 5-10-1 |
29 | LA Rams | 5-9-2 |
28 | Indianapolis Colts | 6-10-0 |
They failed to cover twice as 9+ point favorites against the Broncos over the past four weeks, and have yielded at least 23 points in six straight road contests.
Per the Chiefs vs Raiders picks, Las Vegas has covered in five of its last six home games, and easily beat the number as 7-point dogs in their first meeting with KC.
Newly appointed starter Jarrett Stidham has a full compliment of skill position players at his disposal, and is fresh off hanging 34 points against San Francisco, the league’s number one defense.
Over 47.5 Points
In his first career start, Stidham finished third last week among QB’s in passing success rate, and seventh in expected points added per play. The 34 points were the third most Las Vegas has scored all season, but this team is no stranger to high-scoring affairs.
.@Raiders @Jarrett_Stidham was awesome Sunday getting the ball to every receiver available while avoiding a menacing pass rush. #RaiderNation came up 1 play short #BaldysBreakdowns pic.twitter.com/hHUOgWdNl3

The over has hit in five of their past six home games, and an atrocious defense is largely to blame. The Raiders rank 31st on defense per DVOA, and have had little luck slowing down the Chiefs in the Mahomes era. KC has scored at least 30 points in six straight meetings versus Las Vegas, with each of those outings producing 49 or more points.
Patrick Mahomes 270+ Passing Yards and 2+ TD Passes
Mahomes averages 323 passing yards against Las Vegas since 2019, and needs 429 passing yards to set the NFL’s all-time mark. Needless to say, he should be a top target in the Chiefs vs Raiders player props.
He’s thrown more touchdowns against Las Vegas than any other team in the league, averaging 3 TD passes in their nine career meetings.
Patrick Mahomes needs 429 passing yards vs. the Raiders to set the all-time single-season passing yardage record.
Who doesn't want to live in a world where he owns that?

Mahomes torched the Raiders for 292 passing yards and 4 TD earlier in the campaign, and will have speedster MeCole Hardman back at his disposal for the first time since Week 9 per the Chiefs vs Raiders injury report.
The leading contender in the NFL MVP odds has thrown for over 325 yards in three of his last four games overall, with 2+ passing TD in every matchup versus a divisional foe this season.
