  • Read on to see our breakdown of this week’s best parlays and teasers to target this weekend

Another week of NFL action means another weekend of NFL parlays and teasers to bet. This week we’re banking on home wins for the Bengals and Seahawks, the Vikings and Josh Dobbs keeping it close at home, the Lions coming off their bye and finding success in LA and the Cowboys cruising past the hapless Giants.

Let’s dive into this week’s NFL parlays and teasers and break down our five picks.

Week 10 Parlay Picks

Matchup Pick (Odds)
Texans vs Bengals Bengals (-278)
Commanders vs Seahawks Seahawks (-278)
TOTAL ODDS -119

Our two-team NFL parlay with the Benglas and Seahawks comes in at -119. Odds at DraftKings Sportsbook.

NFL Week 10 Parlay Picks

Nice and simple for our Week 10 parlay predictions, we’ve taken two 6.5-point home favorites and are simply pairing them together on the moneyline for straight up wins.

Texans vs Bengals

  • Pick: Bengals

CJ Stroud broke the rookie record for passing yards by throwing for 470 and tied the record for touchdowns (5) last week. But that came at home against the Buccaneers. On the road Houston is just 1-3. Stroud himself has clearly been better at home too. At home he has 11 TDs and 1 INT. On the road he has 3 TDs and 0 INTS. Stroud has rceorded a rating over 100 in four games this season. three of those have come a home. His home average is 111.2 while his away average is 91.9.

The Texans are also littered with injuries with as many as 12 starters listed as questionable right now. That includes two offensive linemen, starting RB Dameon Pierce and WRs Nico Collins and Robert Woods. The defense has six starters questionable and even kicker Ka’imi Fairbairn is doubtful.

And now they face the resurgent Joe Burrow and Cincinnati Bengals who are riding both a four-game winning streak and four-game ATS cashing streak after beating the Bills on MNF 24-18 as 1.5-point favorites.

Cincy has allowed an average of just 17 points in those four wins and no more than 18 in their past three. Offensively they’ve scored an average of 26.5 points in those four wins. Now they too have some serious injury concerns. Tee Higgins injured his hamstring in practice and is unlikely to play. Ja’Marr Chase has seen some improvement in his back injury and while he’s expected to play, will likely be limited.

Perhaps betting the Bengals in the NFL spreads is too much, but we just need a win by any amount to kick off our Week 10 parlays and teasers.

Commanders vs Seahawks

  • Pick: Seahawks

After trading away Montez Sweat and Chase Young and travelling to New England last week, the Commanders still came away with a 20-17 win as road underdogs. It’s one thing to contain Mac Jones and a New England offense that averages 15.0 PPG (31st). Even at that they allowed Jones to throw for over 200 yards, something he’s only done in two of his past six games.

But the Seahawks and Geno Smith will be a step up, 17th in PPG averaging 21.4. The Patriots lack any real big playmakers on offense. But Rhamondre Stevenson did combine for 129 yards rushing and receiving. Kenneth Walker II could do the same. DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett could also have big days against this Commanders’ pass defense that’s 27th in in yards allowed.

This whole Seahawks team struggled last week against the Ravens in an embarrassing 37-3 loss. But outside of that loss and a loss to the Bengals, Seattle is 5-2 in their last seven games. Those five wins have come by an average margin of 7.4 points. Pete Carroll should have the Hawks focused after that beatdown and get back in the win column in Week 10 for our parlay picks.

Week 10 Teaser Picks

Matchup Pick (Teaser Odds)
Giants vs Cowboys Cowboys -6.5 (-432)
Saints vs Vikings Vikings +10.5 (-415)
Lions vs Chargers Lions +7.5 (-589)
TOTAL ODDS -128

Our Week 10 teaser picks between the Cowboys, Vikings and Lions come in at -128 odds.

NFL Week 10 Teaser Picks

In this week’s NFL teaser picks we’re betting the Giants way down from 17-point favorites to a more manageable 6.5, adding points to the Vikings to bump them from +3 to +10.5 at home to the Saints, and flipping the Lions from a short road favorite of 3 points, over to a 7.5-point underdog.

I’ve created this teaser by choosing alternate spreads at DraftKings, but you should be able to do so at most of the best NFL betting apps as well.

Also, next week, look out for a brand new sportsbook coming to market in ESPN BET. The sportsbook will launch on Tuesday so stay tuned for more info on the latest ESPN BET promo.

Giants vs Cowboys

  • Pick: Cowboys -6.5

Dallas has already routed and shut out this New York team 40-0 earlier this season. The Giants have scored ten points or less five times this season and average the lowest PPG with 11.2.

The Cowboys lost in Philly last week 28-23 but otherwise are 5-3. They score 27.5 PPG and allow just 18.5 PPG.

The Giants were already a mess. Daniel Jones then returned from a neck injury last week and quickly went back to the injury report with a torn ACL. With Tyrod Taylor also injured, that means more Tommy DeVito. That means more of a non-existent Giants offense. DeVito has gone 2/7 for -1 yards and 15/20 for 175 yards, 1 TD and 2 INTs in his two appearances.

If the Cowboys put any effort whatsoever into this game it should be a blowout.

Saints vs Vikings

  • Pick: Vikings +10.5

You just don’t know what you’re getting with the Saints. The defense was solid to start the year while the offense was sputtering and the Saints played to six straight Unders. Then things opened up and they lost 31-24 and won 38-27.

Just when you thought Derek Carr and co. were rounding into form they eeked out an ugly 24-17 win over the Bears last week. That game was tied 17-17 at the end of the third quarter and despite New Orleans being +5 in turnover differential and starting multiple drives in the Bears territory, they still failed to pull away and cover the spread to improve their 2-6-1 NFL ATS records.

Then there’s the Vikings who lost Kirk Cousins in Week 8 to a torn Achilles and traded for Josh Dobbs from the Cardinals on Trade Deadline Day. Dobbs arrived to the team last Wednesday and with minimal practice he threw two touchdown passes, ran in another and the Vikings went to Atlanta and won 31-28.

The Falcons were likely caught off guard and were expecting to get Jaren Hall and the Saints can now gameplan for Dobbs all week. But New Orleans struggled to score versus a Bears defense ranked 19th in yards allowed per game and 28th in PPG allowed. The Vikings may not be an elite defense but they’re a step up from the Bears ranking 14th and 17th in those categories. Minnesota could pull the upset as a good underdog picks, but I’ll add some points and make them +10.5 in our Week 10 teaser picks.

Lions vs Chargers

  • Pick: Lions +7.5

The Chargers are coming in off a short week having played on Monday Night Football. And while the scoreline will show a straightforward 27-6 LA win, the boxscore will say otherwise. The score was just 16-7 in the fourth quarter and Justin Herbert was only 16/30 for 136 yards and no touchdowns. The Jets had more total yards, first downs, plays and time of possession. But Zach Wilson was sacked eight times and he’s proved incapable of operating a functioning NFL offense.

That won’t be the case this weekend when the Chargers host the Lions and Jared Goff. Goff is eighth in passing yards, fifth in YPG, tenth in completion percentage and has 12 TDs to just five INTs.

The Lions offense is ninth in PPG, second in yards per game on offense and Goff is operating a top-six passing game that should have every chance to cut through a Chargers defense that is 32nd against the pass.

The Jets are an elite defense. At least in yards allowed (9th) and pass defense (3rd). They’re just 30th versus the run. But the Lions bring a defensive unit themselves that is 5th, 15th and 2nd respectively in those categories. The difference will be Detroit also has an offense which should prove the difference here.
