It’s been a mixed bag for Deshaun Watson since he returned from suspension, with a win over the Texans but a 13-point loss to the Bengals. Our model has this game going in Baltimore’s favor, with the Ravens predicted to win 25.2-18.1 over their division rivals. In recent history, John Harbaugh and co. have gotten the better hand of Cleveland, as they’ve won five of their last six meetings.
The Ravens are the fourth-best team in the league, according to Pro Football Focus (9th in both offense and defense). Their counterparts are 19th overall (6th on offense, 29th on D).

This is the second game for Ravens running back J.K. Dobbins since returning from injury. He made a huge impression last week, scampering for 120 yards on 15 carries and a touchdown against Pittsburgh. He’ll be up against the Browns’ fourth-worst run defense, while Baltimore has the sixth-best run blocking in the league. That’s something to consider in the Ravens vs Browns picks.

Cleveland has allowed a rusher to gain over 55 yards in ten of their last eleven outings. Given what Dobbins did to the Steelers’ tenth-ranked run D, it’s not a stretch to suggest he could blow well over the listed 55-yard total.

If we’re going with J.K. Dobbins to churn up yardage on the ground, why not pair it with an anytime TD score as well? He has three TDs in five games this season, and finished 2020 with a touchdown in six straight games (he missed all of 2021 due to injury.)
In his two career matchups against the Browns, Dobbins has found pay dirt on three occasions. With their backup QB in tow, Baltimore will likely try to alleviate the pressure on Tyler Huntley in favor of exploiting a susceptible Cleveland run defense.
