USA vs Canada Same-Game Parlay Pick 1: Connor McDavid 2+ Points

Connor McDavid is the head of the snake, and Canada earning gold will likely be because McDavid takes them there. He’s recorded at least two points in every game in the Olympics.

He’ll be flanked by wunderkid Macklin Celebrini, who leads the team with 10 goals, and you can bet that Nathan MacKinnon will join them at some point.

It’s the first time he’ll be facing the Americans since scoring the OT winner to clinch the 4 Nations Face-Off.

With Sidney Crosby going down, Jon Cooper has been tinkering line combinations outside of the McDavid-Celebrini pairing.

But Canada’s depth has shone through, with Mitch Marner, Nick Suzuki, Shea Theodore and Sam Reinhart all picking up goals and taking their place in Canadian hockey lore.

Cooper also found a reliable combination of Tom Wilson, Sam Bennett and Brad Marchand, who slid into a de facto second line, and helped set up Theodore’s tying goal with the Finns.

Marchand is a known as a big-game player, and coming off his best performance at Milano Cortina, he’s got great odds to be another guy to pick up his first goal of the tournament.

USA vs Canada Same-Game Parlay Pick 3: Quinn Hughes 2+ Assists

The slick-moving defenceman is the only American player ranked inside the Olympic Top 10 scoring chart, at 10th.

He had the game-winning goal to get USA past the Swedes, part of a two-point night, while picking up another assist in the 6-2 blowout of Slovakia.

Hughes should be highly motivated on top of the obvious chance to win a gold medal. He was injured and forced to miss the 4 Nations, with many critics suggesting that a healthy Hughes would have led to a tournament win.

He gets a chance to prove that point in a winner-take-all Sunday.
