Are the Redskins the most dysfunctional franchise in the NFL?
Most certainly yes.
It turns out that there is an organization in the nation’s capital capable of giving the Trump Administration a run for its money when it comes to top to bottom incompetence. But anyone who follows the NFL already knew that.

Would Snyder Sell the Team?
As they were being humbled, 34-17, Sunday at FedEx Field by the New York Jets to fall to 1-9 on the season, frustrated Redskins fans serenaded the teams with chants of “Sell the team!” directed at Snyder.
Snyder’s multitude of errors since he purchased the team in 1999 is such a lengthy list, narrowing it down to a top ten would prove to be an insurmountable task.

He signed free agent defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth for $100 million. Snyder has brought in a litany of washed-up stars to be the team’s savior to no avail, including Donovan McNab, Bruce Smith, Deion Sanders, Jeff George and Mark Brunell.
He fired Norv Turner after the coach took the team to the 1999 playoffs and won a postseason game. Washington has gone through eight head coaches since on Snyder’s watch. Not one has posted a winning record.
Jay Gruden was fired earlier this season and replaced by Bill Callahan.

He charged fans admission to watch training camp. In 2013, Redskins cheerleaders were taken to Costa Rica for what was called a photo shoot. They were expected to pose in front of spectators wearing only body paint and some were required to escort team sponsors to a nightclub as part of the trip.
Is Allen on Thin Ice?
The son of legendary Redskins coach George Allen was hired as GM of the team in 2009 and added team president to his title in 2014.

Under Allen, Washington has made the playoffs twice and list on Wild Card weekend both times. In a decade as GM, he’s never drafted a single Pro Bowl player.
With Allen as GM, the Redskins are 60-100 in the regular season and 0-2 in the playoffs.
Here’s What You Need to Know
This story from behind the scenes at Redskins Park just about sums up the state of the franchise.
According to sources close to the team, Snyder has been known to come shouting through the hallways, hollering that Allen is late for their tee time.
Today's #Redskins game is glaring evidence of just how far from being a contender this team is.
Given the enormous power he has, the blame for this mess rests solely on Bruce Allen.
This team is about to be 1-9.
You've already fired your coach this year.
Accountability?!

Allen and Snyder allegedly have regular appointments to play mini putt on an impromptu course set up inside of Snyder’s office.
Any wonder why the Redskins are the NFL’s most out-of-control dumpster fire?
The Redskins are now 60-100 since Bruce Allen was hired 10 years ago. They've snuck into the playoffs and lost in the first round twice under him. They have won more than 9 games just once. Yet, his role has expanded since he was originally hired.

The inmates aren’t just running the asylum in Washington. They own the asylum.
That’s why no is the smart play on both of these props.
