The NFL closes out its Week 11 slate in Mexico on Monday Night Football. The 49ers will take on the Cardinals there, although there are serious questions about who’ll actually take the field for Arizona.

Both starting QB Kyler Murray and number one receiver DeAndre Hopkins are questionable for this matchup, and their absences have forced online sportsbooks to withhold offering Cardinals player props as of Sunday evening.

As a result, our 49ers vs Cardinals players props card is San Fran heavy, although maybe not in the sense that you might expect. We’re going to be betting against Niners’ passing volume in the Week 11 player props, starting with a fade of Deebo Samuel.

Samuel has a receiving yards over/under of 53.5, which is 2 yards fewer than teammate Brandon Aiyuk. The duo have the same receptions over/under of 4.5, however, Samuel’s is juiced heavily to the over which looks like a mistake.

MNF Prop #1: Deebo Samuel Under 4.5 Receptions

Make no mistake, the 49ers would run on virtually every down if they could. They run at the league’s 10th-highest rate and have an abundance of options to attack their opponent with on the ground.

That list includes Deebo Samuel, as well as newcomers Christian McCaffrey and Eli Mitchell who just returned from IR. The wealth of talent will get plenty of chances on the ground with San Fran listed as 8-point favorites, and if the Niners pull ahead by a few scores they might shelve the passing game altogether.

That’s bad news for Samuel as a receiver, who enters play with a disappointing 56% reception rate. He’s caught just two passes in two of his past four games and has failed to clear 4.5 receptions in two of four career meetings against the Cardinals.

Pick: Deebo Samuel Under 4.5 Receptions (+105), 1 unit

MNF Prop #2: George Kittle Under 41.5 Receiving Yards

Samuel is seeing less volume than usual this season, as is George Kittle. The ladder has been practically invisible as a receiving option for most of his time on the field this season, earning just 41 targets.

George Kittle Stats – Last 3 Games

REC TGT YDS TD
1 2 21 0
3 5 39 1
6 9 98 1

He’s cleared 41.5 receiving yards in just three of seven games so far, and San Fran seems more content to use him as a blocker than as a pass catcher.

Kittle’s been especially underutilized in games where the Niners are playing from ahead for the majority of the action like they should be versus Arizona.

Pick: George Kittle Under 41.5 Receiving Yards (-115), 1 unit

As far as the touchdown market goes, McCaffrey is the favorite to score first and boasts the shortest anytime TD odds at -140 if you’re considering betting him in your 49ers vs Cardinals picks.

MNF Prop #3: Elijah Mitchell Anytime TD

McCaffrey is obviously a safe bet to hit pay dirt like he has in each of the past two games, but now that Mitchell is back expect him to get plenty of goal-line work.

Mitchell is a tougher in-between-the-tackles runner than CMC, and he too has a nose for the end zone. He scored seven touchdowns last season, converting three of his five carries inside the opponent’s 5-yard line into scores.

The Cardinals have allowed 11 total touchdowns to opposing RBs so far this season, a number that’s sure to grow by the end of Monday’s tilt.

Pick: Eli Mitchell Anytime TD (+120), 1 unit
