The over 2.5 goals at -118 odds could offer value here. Two of the last three European games for both of these teams hit the over.

Eintracht Frankfurt vs Rangers Prediction

Frankfurt just finished in 11th spot in the Bundesliga but can still qualify for Europe if they come out victorious in Spain. Oliver Glasner’s side didn’t win any of their last eight league games, playing to a 2-2 draw most recently on Saturday. That being said, Eintracht seems to turn it up when it comes to Europa. That has been their target for many weeks now as they have prioritized the Europa League over their domestic matches.

The German outfit beat La Liga giants Barcelona in the quarterfinals 4-3 across two legs, including a thrilling 3-2 victory in the reverse fixture. West Ham really proved to be no match for them in the semis either. In fact, Frankfurt hasn’t tasted defeat once in this competition, group stages included. Talk about a completely different team than domestically. In the final third, Daichi Kamada has led the way, netting five times in 12 appearances.

Eintracht Frankfurt vs Rangers Goalscorer Odds

The odds for Kamada to score anytime in the match are +320. At +165 odds, teammate Rafael Santos Borre is the bookmakers’ top choice to score in the match. For Rangers, Cedric Itten is considered the most likely to score at odds of +205.

Rangers just lost the Scottish Premiership title to rivals Celtic but still have the opportunity to win their first continental trophy since 1972. The last time they were in a European final, the Scots lost to Zenit Saint Petersburg in the 2007/2008 competition when it was still known as the UEFA Cup.

Giovanni Van Bronckhorst’s group faced an uphill battle heading into the second leg against Leipzig after suffering a 1-0 defeat in the return match in Germany.  With the Glasgow supporters behind them, however, Rangers pulled off the unthinkable and ran out as 3-1 winners. Right-back James Tavernier continued his tremendous Europa campaign with an early opener, while John Lundstram and Glen Kamara also netted. Tavernier now has seven goals to his name in the tournament.

Frankfurt vs Rangers Potential Line-Ups & Injuries

Frankfurt projected line-up: Trapp; Touré, Tuta, N’Dicka; Knauff, Sow, Rode, Kostić; Hauge, Kamada, Borré

Injuries: Ramaj, Lindstrom, da Costa

Rangers projected line-up: McGregor; Goldson, Lundstram, Bassey; Tavernier, Jack, Kamara, Barišić; Wright, Aribo, Kent

Injuries: Helander, Morelos, Hagi

Frankfurt vs Rangers Pick

These two sides haven’t clashed since 1960 when Frankfurt beat them 12-4 on aggregate. That was so long ago it shouldn’t even come into play here, though.

Frankfurt is the only unbeaten team in Europa, even before others were eliminated. This club is really thriving and after such a forgettable Bundesliga season, they’ll be extremely poised to grab an impressive piece of silverware and book their place in the 2022-23 Champions League group stages. Rangers have gone on a promising run, but their continental record isn’t exactly anything to write home about. I’m taking the Germans to emerge victoriously within 90 minutes.

Pick: Frankfurt +128
