After a heartbreaking 2-1 defeat to LAFC, Pat Noonan’s side responded with authority, marching into the Six and collecting their first-ever win on the road vs TFC.
Rookie Ian Murphy slotted home a pretty set piece from the visitors inside the box just before halftime then Luciano Acosta doubled the lead with a fine finish off a throw-in not long after the second half began. Cincinnati’s first goal was simply a lack of man-marking in the box, while the second frankly shouldn’t have happened altogether.
