Instead of laying heavier juice at traditional sportsbooks, I am playing Fritz on the Kalshi market at 62 cents, which translates to -163 American odds. Stripping out the extremely low market hold on Kalshi’s lines yields a 61.39% vig-free implied probability for Fritz against Nakashima’s 38.61%.

Elo numbers support Fritz as a solid value bet at the current prices. Fritz sits No. 14 on the current Elo board at 1927.3, while Nakashima is No. 36 at 1827.5. That is essentially a 100-point gap, which translates to a 64% win probability in a best-of-three setting. In other words, the independent Elo estimate lines up closely with the Kalshi moneyline, and Fritz’s current form gives me enough confidence to back the favorite.

Fritz has built real momentum in Washington. He beat Zizou Bergs 6-3, 6-4, Kamil Majchrzak 6-3, 6-4, and Alex Michelsen in three sets after taking the opener 6-1.
