2025-26 NBA Eastern Conference Odds Movement Timeline
- July 16 – The Cavaliers (+260) and Knicks (+260) open as joint favorites to win the Eastern Conference in 2026, followed by the Magic (+550) and Hawks (+950). The Indiana Pacers, last year’s conference champs, open further down the odds table at +2400.
