Two teams coming off upset losses try to right the ship in the Pacific Northwest on Thursday night when the Seattle Seahawks host the San Francisco 49ers.

Last week, the Niners were stunned at home by the Arizona Cardinals, while the ‘Hawks were dumped by the lowly New York Giants. San Francisco is a 3.5-point road favorite in the 49ers vs Seahawks odds.

This game features the NFL’s top passer in Geno Smith, while Brock Purdy ranks fourth, so their play should be able to create a bounty of NFL player props to choose from.

With so much talent to distribute the ball to, no receiver has a line over 4.5 receptions or 66 receiving yards. Running backs are expected to be featured heavily, considering Jordan Mason and Kenneth Walker III’s rushing totals.

See the full list of 49ers vs Seahawks player props and odds, below, as well as my top picks.

Niner tight end George Kittle is one of six pass-catchers checking in at 4.5 grabs.

49ers vs Seahawks Player Prop #1: Mason Rushing Yards

Even off his lowest carry total in a game this season with 14 – five off his previous low – Jordan Mason still piled up 89 yards and a season-best 6.4 yard average in the loss to Arizona.

He draws a Seattle defense that is in the bottom half of rushing yards allowed at 128.8 per contest. They were shredded by unknown Tyrone Tracy Jr last week to the tune of 129 yards, part of a 175-yard effort on the day for the G-Men.

Prior to that loss, the Lions hung 125 yards on them by the ground.

All of Brock Purdy’s passing exploits are set up by play action, or through formations that look like running plays. Mason isn’t Christian McCaffrey, but then again, he doesn’t need to be this week to top this total.

  • Seahawks vs 49ers Prop Pick: Mason OVER 82.5 yards rushing (-120); risk 1 unit at DraftKings

SF vs SEA Player Prop #2: Geno Smith Rushing Yards

He won’t be mistaken for Lamar Jackson or Jayden Daniels anytime soon, but Geno Smith is a crafty runner and he’s used his legs a lot already this season. Last week, he rumbled for 72 yards against the Giants, a week after hanging 30 on Detroit.

He’s rushed for at least 30 yards in three of five starts this season.

The 49ers are PFF’s sixth-ranked team in pass rushing, which means there will be more than a few times that Smith will have to generate something when line play breaks down.

He’s bested 14.5 yards rushing in three straight games against the Niners, including the playoffs.

  • 49ers vs Seahawks Prop Picks: Smith OVER 14.5 rushing yards (-115); risk 1 unit at DraftKings

49ers vs Seahawks Touchdown Scorer Props

Player Odds to Score 1st TD Odds to Score Any TD
Jordan Mason (SF) +425 -200
Kenneth Walker III (SEA) +600 -125
Deebo Samuel (SF) +800 +120
Brandon Aiyuk (SF) +850 +130
George Kittle (SF) +950 +140
DK Metcalf (SEA) +1100 +145
Jauan Jennings (SF) +1300 +235
Jaxon Smith-Njigba (SEA) +1400 +205
Tyler Lockett (SEA) +1700 +240
Zach Charbonnet (SEA) +1800 +310
Noah Fant (SEA) +2200 +360
Brock Purdy (SF) +2200 +400

Mason has the shortest odds of any player to find the end zone at -200, with Walker III the only other player in the field with minus odds to score a TD.

49ers vs Seahawks Player Prop #3: DK Metcalf Anytime TD Scorer

There are a bevy of players on nice scoring streaks, including San Francisco’s Deebo Samuel with at least one major in five of his last six against Seattle. Kittle has also had TD’s in three straight appearances.

On the Seattle side, Walker III has found paydirt in four of his last five home games, but we’ll hitch our wagons on DK Metcalf. After a 4-catch, 55-yard effort that included a costly fumble in the loss to the Giants, a bounce back is in order.

He’s also scored at least one TD in four of his last six games against NFC West foes.

  • 49ers vs Seahawks Prop Picks: Metcalf anytime touchdown (+145); risk 1 unit at DraftKings Sportsbook
