The 2025-26 NFL schedule release took place Wednesday evening and sportsbooks wasted no time posting odds for all 16 of the Week 1 matchups. The table below sets out the NFL Week 1 odds, including the point spread, game total, and moneyline for all 16 games on the slate.

Biggest NFL Week 1 Spread: Giants/Commanders & Titans/Broncos
The biggest spread on the board is 7.5 points, which is shared between two games. The Washington Commanders are 7.5-point home chalk against the New York Giants in the early window on Sunday, Sep. 8th. Also in the early window on Sunday, the Denver Broncos are 75-point home chalk against the Tennessee Titans, which is likely to be the first-career start for #1 pick Cam Ward.
Ward has opened as the second-favorite to Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty in the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year odds.
Highest NFL Week 1 Total: Ravens vs Bills
The highest total on the board in Week 1, by a wide margin, is in the Baltimore Ravens vs Buffalo Bills matchup. Ravens/Bills has a total of 51.5, while no other game is higher than 47.5. The teams combined for 52 points when they met in the Divisional Playoffs last season.
Ravens vs Bills is the only Week 1 matchup between two of the top-five favorites in the 2026 Super Bowl odds. Baltimore is the +700 second-favorite behind the defending-champion Eagles. The Bills are +750 third-favorites.
Lowest NFL Week 1 Over/Under: Steelers vs Jets
As everyone probably saw coming when the schedule was released earlier today, the lowest Week 1 total is from Steelers vs Jets in East Rutherford, which has a total of just 41.5. Every other game is at 43.5 or higher. The teams combined for 52 points when they met in October of last season, soaring over the total of 40.5.
