The Arizona Cardinals (2-5) and Dallas Cowboys (3-4-1) wrap up the Week 9 NFL slate on Monday Night Football at 8:15 pm ET on Nov. 3rd on an ABC and ESPN broadcast. The Cardinals have won the last three and seven of the last eight in this former NFC East rivalry.

The Cowboys are modest 3.0 to 3.5-point favorites in the MNF odds. The public is hammering the Cowboys on the moneyline and ATS, expecting them to both win and cover the spread. The public is split on the total, with the handle favoring the over while the pure number of wagers favors the under.

As of Monday morning, the ATS handle is all over the favored Cowboys in the NFL public betting percentages. The Cowboys are getting 73% of the ATS handle as three-point home favorites, with an equivalent 73% of the bets coming in on the ‘Boys. The Cardinals are getting 27% of the handle, with 27% of the bets backing Jacoby Brissett and co.

The moneyline favors the Cowboys heavily. Dallas has received a whopping 92% of the moneyline handle across 91% of all bets placed. In contrast, the spiraling Cardinals have only gotten 8% of the moneyline handle across 9% of bets.

The public is divided on the total. On one hand, the over accounts for 57% of the handle, while the under is just 43% of the handle. Alternatively, 84% of all bets are on the under, while just 16% of bets are on the over. In other words, bets on the over are much larger, but they come less frequently. Writer Chris Amberley has taken Over 52.5 in his Cardinals vs Cowboys picks, getting some closing-line value.

Of the seven players on the Cardinals’ injury report, only one – BJ Ojulari – has been ruled out. Of the six questionable players, the most important is Kyler Murray, naturally. The Cardinals announced Murray will not start MNF, but he could play a small role.

Beyond Murray, the offense is entirely healthy. The defense is banged up across the board, though. First-round pick Walter Nolen has yet to make his NFL debut, and second-round pick Will Johnson has been in and out of the lineup seemingly weekly with various injuries.

Garrett Williams has only played two games after a breakout 2024 season. He would be a massive addition to the Cardinals’ defense who has not won a game without Williams this season.

On the Dallas side, seven players have been ruled out. Some, including DeMarvion Overshown and Shavon Revel, have yet to make their 2025 debuts. Others, like Jack Sanborn, have played a critical role for the 2025 Cowboys but will be sorely missed.

Two offensive linemen are questionable for Dallas. Cooper Beebe has only played two games this season, missing each of the last six. He was a rock-solid center last season, suiting up for all but one of Dallas’ games.

Sixth-round pick Ajani Cornelius has yet to make his offensive debut, but he did get on the field for special teams snaps in Week 5. While not a critical absence, Cornelius missing Week 9 would hurt the Dallas depth.
