With a high quality MNF on the docket, today is a great day to nail some anytime touchdown picks! I have combed over the game and found three options to consider for tonight’s MNF battle between the Philadelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Chargers. For the bold, consider a scoring parlay involving a Charger and a (Los Angeles) King. For the more conservative, perhaps add one of these picks to your MNF same-game parlay for a nice payout.

Keep reading for my top three Eagles vs Chargers anytime touchdown picks for Monday Night Football. ESPN and ABC will simultaneously broadcast the game at 8:15 pm ET.

Best Eagles vs Chargers TD Scorer Picks

PlayerAnytime TD Odds
Jalen Hurts (PHI)+105 (FanDuel)
Saquon Barkley (PHI)+115 (Fanatics)
Keenan Allen (LAC)+425 (Sports Interaction)

I have supplied three plus-money anytime touchdown picks for MNF: Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley of the Eagles and Keenan Allen of the Chargers. Other notable anytime touchdown scorer picks include A.J. Brown (+185 on Sports Interaction), Omarion Hampton (+185 on Sports Interaction), and DeVonta Smith (+260 on Sports Interaction).

For those in the longshot market, consider Justin Herbert (+800 at FanDuel), the Eagles’ defense (+1000 at FanDuel), and Will Shipley (+2800 at Sports Interaction).

PHI vs LAC Touchdown Pick #1: Jalen Hurts Anytime TD (+105 at FanDuel)

Jalen Hurts has eight rushing touchdowns this season, second among quarterbacks (Josh Allen has 13). Hurts has scored a touchdown in six different games this season, scoring multiple in both games versus the Cowboys. While the tush push has not been as effective as in years past, Hurts has three non-tush push touchdowns in addition to his five tush push touchdowns on the season.

The value here is the prevalence of the tush push. While the Bears did manage to stop it (and force a fumble) last week, it is still a highly effective play. If the Eagles get the ball within the two at any point, Hurts is a fair option to punch it in for six and cash this bet.

The Chargers have allowed three rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks this season. In September, both Patrick Mahomes and Jaxson Dart victimized the Chargers. Two games ago, Trevor Lawrence crashed in from one yard out for a Jaguars touchdown.

PHI vs LAC Touchdown Pick #2: Saquon Barkley Anytime TD (+115 at Fanatics)

After scoring 15 touchdowns last season, Saquon Barkley only has six this season. He went all of November without scoring, last scoring on October 26th (twice). Barkley scored in four of the first five games of the season. With his odds now in plus-money territory, he is worth betting on. Barkley has four rushing touchdowns and two receiving touchdowns this year.

As mentioned in the Hurts blurb, Barkley is not the short-yardage threat in the Philadelphia offense. However, he is the big-play threat. Last season in this stadium (albeit against the Rams),, Barkley had a 70-yard touchdown and a 72-yard touchdown. This season, Barkley has two big-play touchdowns: a 47-yard receiving touchdown against Denver and a 65-yard rushing touchdown against the Giants.

The Chargers have allowed 11 touchdowns to running backs this season. A whopping four different running backs have had multi-touchdown games aagainst the Chargers. Jacory Croskey-Merritt, De’Von Achane, and Jonathan Taylor (three) did so in back-to-back-to-back weeks as opponents. After a multi-week hiatus, Travis Etienne scored twice in Week 11.

PHI vs LAC Touchdown Pick #3: Keenan Allen Anytime TD (+425 at Sports Interaction)

Keenan Allen has caught four touchdowns this season. While he has not caught a touchdown in his last five games, he did catch a touchdown in his last appearance on MNF back in Week 2. Allen, like Barkley, got off to a hot start, scoring in each of the first three weeks.

I like Allen’s value for two reasons. First, he is a consistent target in the offense. Allen has at least five targets in every game this season, averaging 7.6 targets and 5.0 catches per game. He has three games with at least 10 targets, scoring in all three games. Second, he has the best odds of the Chargers’ receiver trio with Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston. Allen leads the Chargers in both targets and catches this season.

Out of 26 touchdowns scored against the Eagles this season, only six belong to wide receivers. Five of the six came from at least 35 yards out, with Emeka Egbuka catching a season-long 77-yard touchdown in Week 4. The exception to this big-play touchdown slate is George Pickens’ one-yard touchdown two weeks ago. Allen is much more of a route maestro than a big-play threat, so if he does score, I would imagine it comes within the 20-yard line.
