NFL DFS Week 3 Lineup: DraftKings Picks for Sunday

Week 3 of the NFL season is here, and plenty of opportunities remain on the DraftKings Fantasy main slate. This lineup blends high-volume stars, affordable upside plays, and a few lower-priced options to free up salary for the top of the roster.

The lineup comes in at exactly $50,000, leaving no salary on the table. Here are my DraftKings NFL best daily fantasy picks for Sunday’s Week 3 slate.

NFL DFS Week 3 DraftKings Lineup

Brock Purdy – QB, $6,500

Purdy has been extremely efficient through two games, throwing for 492 yards, five touchdowns and just one interception. He followed a three-touchdown Week 1 performance with 287 passing yards, two touchdowns and a rushing score against Miami in Week 2.

Arizona is next, giving Purdy another opportunity in an offense that has already produced 62 points through two games. His rushing ability also adds another avenue to DraftKings points.

De’Von Achane – RB, $6,500

Achane’s rushing efficiency hasn’t been great early, but his workload is what makes him appealing at this salary. He has 31 carries and seven receptions through two games, including a season-high 20 carries against San Francisco.

Kansas City has allowed 119 rushing yards to Indianapolis and two rushing touchdowns in Week 2 after giving up 61 yards in Week 1.

Javonte Williams – RB, $6,700

Williams has received exactly 12 carries in each of Dallas’ first two games, while also catching eight passes for 51 yards. He has already scored twice this season, giving him some additional touchdown upside.

The Cowboys face Baltimore in Week 3, but Dallas has continued giving Williams a consistent role. The Ravens matchup makes him more dependent on receiving work and finding the end zone, but the volume keeps him in play at $6,700.

Jalen Coker – WR, $5,500

Coker has been one of the biggest early-season volume plays on this roster. Through two games, he has 16 catches for 204 yards and two touchdowns. He has also recorded exactly eight receptions in both games.

That consistency is difficult to overlook at just $5,500. Coker gets Cleveland in Week 3 after the Browns allowed Tampa Bay to score 19 points in Week 2.

Josh Downs – WR, $5,700

Downs saw his workload jump significantly in Week 2, catching seven passes for 72 yards against Kansas City after catching two passes for 37 yards in the opener.

That gives Downs nine receptions for 109 yards through two games. At $5,700, another game with seven-plus targets would give him a strong opportunity to pay off his salary.

Rashee Rice – WR, $6,400

Rice is coming off his best receiving performance of the season, catching four passes for 83 yards against Indianapolis. He also scored a touchdown in Week 1, giving him 102 receiving yards and one score through two games.

Kansas City has already shown it can generate massive offensive volume, producing 523 total yards against Indianapolis in Week 2. Rice gets Miami next in what could provide plenty of opportunities.

Isaiah Likely – TE, $4,700

Likely immediately established himself as a major part of New York’s passing attack, catching eight passes for 78 yards and two touchdowns in his Giants debut. Six of those catches went for first downs.

He now faces Tennessee, which allowed 367 total yards in Week 1 before facing Philadelphia in Week 2. At $4,700, Likely’s red-zone role gives him significant upside.

TreVeyon Henderson – Flex, $5,200

Henderson’s Week 2 workload is encouraging. He received 16 carries for 76 yards and a touchdown against Pittsburgh, averaging 4.8 yards per carry.

The Patriots are giving him meaningful rushing volume, and the $5,200 salary doesn’t require a massive performance for Henderson to provide value. His Week 2 touchdown also highlights his scoring upside.

Buffalo Bills – DST, $2,800

Buffalo’s defense has already generated seven sacks through two games, including four against Detroit in Week 2. The Bills also enter Week 3 with a +2 turnover differential.

The Chargers have struggled to start the season, going 0-2 while scoring just 28 total points. Los Angeles has also committed four more turnovers than its opponents, creating some additional appeal for a Bills defense priced at $2,800.
