Saturday’s Week 6 card is loaded with big conference games, and this longshot college football parlay today pulls four of them onto one ticket. Two legs carry big numbers, one gets a cushion and one needs a home team to cover.
This is a swing, not a safe play. All four legs have to cash.
The upside is why I’m playing it. A $10 bet returns $232.23 at the prices listed below.

Week 6 College Football Parlay Odds
Odds as of October 10, 2026, from DraftKings event pages. Compare lines across the best college football betting apps.
These four prices combine for a calculated +2222, not a DraftKings betslip quote, so a $10 stake returns $222.23 in profit and $232.23 total if every leg wins.
Indiana vs Nebraska Parlay Pick
- Indiana -13.5 (+147 at DraftKings)
My Indiana vs Nebraska parlay pick is one of the toughest asks on the ticket. Indiana has to win by 14 or more, and the +147 price is why I’m willing to take that risk in a longshot parlay.
The Hoosiers are putting up 43.8 points and 489.6 yards per game, with a 51.9% third-down rate and 21 conversions on 23 red-zone trips.
Nebraska is just as productive at 43.6 points and 475.6 yards per game, plus a +6 turnover differential. That makes the margin uncomfortable, but Indiana has already outscored opponents by 108 first-half points while allowing only six before halftime, per the matchup notes. A fast start is the path I want for this alternate spread.
Texas vs Oklahoma Parlay Pick
- Texas -13.5 (+174 at DraftKings)
My Texas vs Oklahoma parlay pick is the other big number. The Longhorns need a 14-point win, and at +174 this is the longest price on the parlay. Laying 13.5 in a rivalry game is never easy.
Still, the numbers lean this way. Texas is scoring 33.2 points per game to Oklahoma’s 22.0 and converting 50.0% of third downs to the Sooners’ 34.0%. The Longhorns have cashed 17 of 19 red-zone trips, while Oklahoma has scored on eight of nine.
The Sooners also sit at -6 in turnover differential with 10 offensive turnovers, compared to five for Texas.
UCLA vs Oregon Parlay Pick
- UCLA +11.5 (-132 at DraftKings)
My UCLA vs Oregon parlay pick gives this leg some cushion. UCLA can lose by 11 or fewer, or win outright, and still cover. That balances out the two big favorites.
Oregon has the better offensive numbers at 47.5 points and 505.5 yards per game, and the Ducks are a perfect 20-for-20 in the red zone. But UCLA is putting up 44.8 points and 486.5 yards with a 48.9% third-down rate.
UCLA also averages 281.5 rushing yards at 6.95 per carry, according to the matchup notes. That ground game gives the Bruins a path to keeping this within double digits, even at -132.
Missouri vs Texas A&M Parlay Pick
- Missouri -3.5 (-105 at DraftKings)
My Missouri vs Texas A&M parlay pick needs the Tigers to win by four or more. A three-point Tigers win loses this leg, since a half-point spread can’t push. The near-even -105 price helps offset that.
Missouri is averaging 36.8 points and 447.0 yards per game, compared to 31.4 points and 356.2 yards for Texas A&M. The Tigers hold a +4 turnover differential to the Aggies’ +1 and have scored 184 points to A&M’s 157. I expect this one to come down to whether Missouri can turn that edge into sustained drives.
Longshot College Football Parlay Today: Final Ticket
My Week 6 college football parlay is Indiana -13.5, Texas -13.5, UCLA +11.5 and Missouri -3.5. The +2222 payout is there because three of these legs carry real margin risk.
Odds can move before kickoff, so check your price before you bet. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
