George has had a lifelong love affair with sports and sports statistics since he was a kid. Once he discovered he wouldn't make it as a pro athlete, he decided sports journalism would be the next best thing! George worked at TSN for over 15 years in a variety of capacities and spent the last decade there as a producer. He covered events like the MLB World Series, NCAA March Madness, Champions League soccer as well as producing nightly SportsCentre shows with a strong emphasis on hockey highlights and storylines. George graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism where he also wrote for the school newspaper, The Eyeopener, which helped lead to an internship at TSN. He's also worked in various producer roles at multiple Olympics.
