  • HBO’s Game of Thrones is down to its final two episodes
  • You can still wager on a variety of GOT props, including who will rule Westeros and how many Dragons will survive
  • What is the best bet for each prop?

Game of Thrones‘ Last War is officially underway, and with only two episodes remaining in the final season there’s still plenty of questions that need to be answered.

The most important one of all is who will rule Westeros when the bloodshed ceases, and sportsbooks have a prop for that, and almost every scenario that still hangs in the balance, including whether Jon Snow will kill or marry Daenerys Targaryen.

Who Will Rule Westeros at the End of Game of Thrones?

Who Will Rule Westeros? Odds
Bran Stark +200
Sansa Stark +275
Jon Snow +300
Gendry +550
Daenerys Targaryen +650
Tyrion Lannister +850
Jon and Daenerys’ Baby +1400
Arya Stark +1800
Petyr Baelish +2000
Cersei Lannister +2500

There’s a new leader in the clubhouse. Bran Stark, AKA the Three Eyed Raven, has ended Jon Snow’s reign atop the odds board, and is the new favorite to rule Westeros according to oddsmakers. We’ve been advising you to steer clear of Bran for months, since he’s shown no interest in ruling, let alone being normal, and nothing has changed. His sister Sansa’s odds have been drastically shortened, and the way she’s positioning herself suggests she’s more worthy of consideration.

We know Cersei’s destiny is to be replaced by a younger, more beautiful queen, and with Daenerys on the brink of madness, Sansa seems like the most logical candidate.

Pick: Sansa (+275)

How Many Dragons Will Survive?

How Many Dragons Will Survive? Odds
Over 0.5 -170
Under 0.5 +130

It doesn’t look like it’s going to end well for Daenerys, but what does that mean for the fate of her last living dragon?

YouTube video

Drogon is still wounded from the Battle of Winterfell, and we know only Daenerys is able to ride the great beast. Assuming she perishes, there won’t be much use for a dragon that no one else can ride, so take the plus money that it’ll join its two siblings in the afterlife.

Pick: Under 0.5 (+130)

Which Lannister Will Die First?

Which Lannister Will Die First? Odds
Jamie -200
Cersei +175
Tyrion +500

Jamie’s odds to be the first Lannister to die have been shortened, even though he’s about to get hit with a new reason to fulfill the Valonqar prophecy. Once he finds out that Cersei’s passing off his baby as Euron’s, he’ll finally see her for the monster she is, and will have no choice to but to kill her.

Pick: Cersei (+175)

Will Arya Marry Gendry?

Will Arya Marry Gendry? Odds
No -1000
Yes +550

Arya didn’t want to be a Lady in Season 1 and she reminded everyone in episode 4 that nothing’s changed.

YouTube video

She’s a ruthless assassin who still has a few names to cross off her hit list. She won’t be settling down anytime soon.

Pick: No (-1000)

Will Bronn Kill Either Tyrion of Jamie Lannister?

Will Bronn Kill Tyrion or Jamie Lannister? Odds
Yes +550
No -1000

Now that Bronn has been promised Highgarden there’s no reason to harm either Jamie or Tyrion. A Lannister always pays his debts and the only way Bronn doesn’t get his castle is if someone else kills both of the Lannister brothers.

Pick: No (-1000)

Will Bronn Survive the Final Season?

Will Bronn Survive the Final Season? Odds
Yes -300
No +200

Bronn has little incentive to get involved in the Last War, and it’s highly unlikely that he runs into someone up North that could kill him in a single combat situation. It makes sense for him to watch this battle from the sidelines, and collect once a new power is in place.

Pick: Yes (-300)

When Will Cersei Lannister Perish?

When Will Cersei Lannister Perish? Odds
Does not Perish at Series End +600
Episode 5 or 6 -1200

Last week, we touted episode 5 or 6 as Cersei’s last, and now that seems inevitable. She’s beyond saving, as she proved yet again in Episode 4, despite the desperate pleas of her little brother.

YouTube video

The list of the people who want her dead is long and there’s only one side to bet if you believe she’s about to fall.

Pick: Episode 5 or 6 (-1200)

Who Will Kill Cersei Lannister?

Who Will Kill Cersei Lannister? Odds
Jamie Lannister +125
Arya Stark +160
Does Not Perish at Series End +400
Cersei Lannister (Suicide) +600
Tyrion Lannister +900
Sansa Stark +1300
Daenerys Targaryen +2200

It seems the oddsmakers are bullish on the Valonqar prophecy as well. Last week, Jamie and Arya were co-favorites to kill Cersei, but now Jamie has separated himself from the pack.

The tension between the siblings has been building for a long time, and Jamie won’t be able to control his rage when he finds out she’s claiming Euron is the father of their unborn child.

Pick: Jamie (+125)

Will Euron Greyjoy Marry Cersei Lannister?

Will Euron Greyjoy Marry Cersei Lannister? Odds
No -900
Yes +500

It sounds nice coming out of Cersei’s mouth: “The Lion will rule the land, and the Kraken will rule the sea”. Unfortunately, there’s not enough time for them to marry with enemy troops outside their gates, and even if their side is somehow victorious, it’d be hard to imagine Cersei not having a plan to eliminate Euron once the War is over.

Pick: No (-900)

Will Cersei Give Birth During the Final Season?

Will Cersei Give Birth During the Final Season? Odds
Yes +600
No -1200

The showrunners for Game of Thrones will be the first to admit they’re a little too loose with timelines, but Cersei’s not even showing yet. Unless this battle takes six months to be settled, not nearly enough time will pass for a baby to be born. Plus, we all know by now that Cersei’s destiny is to give birth to and bury exactly three children, which she already has.

Pick: No (-1200)

Will Jon Snow Survive the Final Season?

Will Jon Snow Survive the Final Season? Odds
Yes -300
No +200

Jon’s no longer the favorite to rule Westeros, but he’s still a pretty big favorite to survive the final season. While he’s stated repeatedly he has no interest in Ruling, perhaps there’s a future for him in the North when the Last War is over.

YouTube video

Tormund hinted at a possible reunion with Jon in their episode 4 farewell, and perhaps Jon’s destiny is return to the place he’s been fighting for his entire  life.

Pick: Yes (-300)

Who Will Perish First in Season 8

Character Odds Character Odds
Gilly -300 Hot Pie +200
Gregor Clegane -600 Sandor Clegane +350
Jamie Lannister -500 Tyrion Lannister +300
Bran Stark -120 Jon Snow -120
Arya Stark -140 Sansa Stark EVEN
Cersei Lannister -400 Daenerys Targaryen +250

After what feels like years of anticipation, episode 5 will finally feature Cleganebowl.

The only reason the Hound is still alive is to kill his brother, so Gregor falling first feels like the safest bet on the board. After the Mountain’s death, Cersei feels like the only other sure thing, but don’t sleep on Arya. She’s the one Stark who’ll be in the line of fire for the entire upcoming battle, and her death would be a classic Game of Thrones stomach punch that no one saw coming.
