The UFC is doing something tonight that has never been done before. The Octagon sits on the South Lawn of the White House for the first time, making UFC Freedom 250 the first pro sporting event ever held on presidential grounds. The White House UFC card celebrates the country’s upcoming 250th anniversary and lands on President Trump’s 80th birthday, with a crowd of more than 4,000 packed onto the lawn.

This is a seven-fight card with no prelims, so everything is main card from the opening bell. The UFC White House start time is 8 pm ET / 5 pm PT, and the whole thing streams exclusively on Paramount+ in the United States. Here are the UFC Freedom 250 odds, projected start times and where to watch every fight.

Topuria leads the UFC White House odds as a heavy -470 favorite in the main event, an implied probability of 82.5%. The biggest chalk on the whole card is actually Mauricio Ruffy at -600 over Michael Chandler. The closest fight is the co-main, where Alex Pereira and Ciryl Gane are both sitting at -110 in a true coin flip for the interim heavyweight title.

Ilia Topuria vs Justin Gaethje11:15 pm8:15 pm

These are scheduled bout listing times, not exact ringwalks. The broadcast itself goes live at 8 pm ET / 5 pm PT, with the first walkout for Lopes vs Garcia projected around 8:15 pm ET / 5:15 pm PT. Actual walkouts shift a little depending on how fast the earlier fights wrap up. With no prelims to pad the night, the seven bouts span roughly three hours and 20 minutes, so the Topuria vs Gaethje main event should walk around 11:15 pm ET / 8:15 pm PT.

One extra wrinkle: this is an outdoor show. Rain and heat aren’t expected to cancel anything on their own, but lightning could force a pause and push the schedule back. And if you’re wondering why UFC Freedom 250 is on a Sunday, it’s tied to the White House setting and President Trump’s birthday weekend rather than the usual Saturday slot.

Where to Watch the UFC White House Fight

In the United States, the entire card streams on Paramount+, with plans starting at $8.99 per month or $89.99 per year. The event is included with any subscription at no extra cost. In Canada, the card is on Sportsnet+ or DAZN PPV, and UK fans can catch it on TNT Sports.

UFC Freedom 250 Fight Previews

Diego Lopes vs Steve Garcia

The card opens with Diego Lopes (27-8) against Steve Garcia (19-5) at featherweight. Lopes is a -148 favorite after dropping back-to-back fights to Alexander Volkanovski, and he needs a strong showing to stay in the title mix. Garcia (+124) is rolling and gets a recognizable name to climb the rankings.

Both guys hit hard and neither likes leaving it to the judges, so don’t grab a snack during this one. Walkouts project for around 8:15 pm ET / 5:15 pm PT.

Bo Nickal vs Kyle Daukaus

Bo Nickal (8-1) is exactly the kind of prospect the UFC wanted on a stage like this. The three-time NCAA wrestling champ is a -325 favorite over Kyle Daukaus (17-4), who comes in on a six-fight win streak with real submission chops.

Nickal should control the grappling, but Daukaus has the craft to punish any loose positioning. Expect this one around 8:45 pm ET / 5:45 pm PT.

Mauricio Ruffy vs Michael Chandler

This might be the most fun three-rounder on the card. Mauricio Ruffy (13-2), 29, is one of the division’s most dynamic strikers with 12 KO wins, including that spinning heel kick highlight over King Green at UFC 313. Michael Chandler (23-10), 40, is trying to snap a three-fight skid, but he never shows up boring.

Ruffy is a big -600 favorite with a 3-inch height edge and a 3.5-inch reach advantage. Look for the walkouts near 9:15 pm ET / 6:15 pm PT.

Josh Hokit vs Derrick Lewis

Josh Hokit (9-0) is one of the best stories of the night. The former college football walk-on signed with the 49ers before turning to MMA, and he’s now 3-0 in the UFC with a win over Curtis Blaydes at UFC 327. He’s a -425 favorite and ranked fifth at heavyweight.

Derrick Lewis (29-13), 41, is the promotion’s all-time knockout leader, so you never fully count him out, but he’s been stopped five times over the last five years. This one’s slotted for about 9:45 pm ET / 6:45 pm PT.

Sean O’Malley vs Aiemann Zahabi

Sean O’Malley (19-3) returns off a win over Song Yadong and steps in as a -440 favorite. The former bantamweight champ has the length, accuracy, and flash that make him tough to read.

Aiemann Zahabi (14-2), the younger brother of Tristar’s Firas Zahabi, is no easy out at +340. He’s ranked sixth and riding a seven-fight streak with wins over José Aldo and Marlon Vera. Expect this around 10:15 pm ET / 7:15 pm PT.

Alex Pereira vs Ciryl Gane

The co-main is a near pick-’em, with both Alex Pereira (13-3) and Ciryl Gane (13-2) sitting at -110 for the interim heavyweight title. Pereira already holds the middleweight and light heavyweight belts, and a win here would make him the first UFC fighter to capture titles in three weight classes.

Gane stands 6-foot-5 and moves like a much smaller man, which gives him the tools to keep this at range. The winner is expected to move toward a unification fight with Tom Aspinall. Walkouts project for roughly 10:45 pm ET / 7:45 pm PT.

Ilia Topuria vs Justin Gaethje

The main event unifies the lightweight title. Ilia Topuria (17-0) is undefeated and a -470 favorite, fresh off a first-round KO of Charles Oliveira to win the vacant belt. He’s knocked out Volkanovski, Holloway, and Oliveira in order, so this is a guy who doesn’t win ugly.

Justin Gaethje (27-5) won the interim strap over Paddy Pimblett at UFC 324 and has been in Topuria’s head all week, with the two separated after a heated press conference on Friday. Gaethje is +360, and his best shot is catching El Matador early. The main event walk is projected for around 11:15 pm ET / 8:15 pm PT.
