NBA fans can settle in for the long haul on Saturday. Starting off with the Grizzlies and Clippers in the afternoon, games run throughout the evening.

Utah is favored on the road against Indiana despite several key absentees. The Pacers are slumping with a six-game losing streak, and Malcolm Brogdon, Chris Duarte and Jeremy Lamb are all listed as questionable, while Caris LeVert remains in health and safety protocols.

Milwaukee is also missing some of its rotation, including Jrue Holiday, who recently entered protocols. They take on a Charlotte team which has won four of its last six.

There’s a tank-off in the East between Detroit and Orlando, and the Celtics and Knicks go toe-to-toe following a wild game during the week. The night is wrapped up in Phoenix with the Suns hosting a depleted Heat team.

Rozier from Downtown

Terry Rozier has made four or more threes in six of his last seven games. The former Celtic is shooting over 47% from deep across that span, increasing his season mark to his career average.

Charlotte is facing a Milwaukee team without its best perimeter defender in Jrue Holiday. Jordan Nwora and Wesley Matthews are solid, but neither possess the ability to lock down an opponent quite like Holiday. The Bucks’ defense is not as formidable in Holiday’s absence, giving up 6.3 points more per 100 possessions when Holiday is not on the court.

Milwaukee ranks second-last in opponent three-point rate – their defense has long been built on protecting the rim but giving up the long ball, and Rozier is bound to take advantage on Saturday night. His nine three-point attempts per contest over the past seven games ranks tenth in the NBA.

Rozier is shooting frequently from deep and making them at a great rate. This is a good matchup for him – take the over here.

Brown Attacks the Glass

Jaylen Brown has gone over 5.5 rebounds in seven of his last eight games. He’s posted 20 boards across three games against the Knicks so far this season, including seven when the teams met on Thursday.

New York is a solid rebounding team, ranking 12th in rebound rate over the last 10. That’s arguably an underwhelming mark given the size on the roster, and it’s worth noting that Nerlens Noel (conditioning) is questionable for Saturday’s game, potentially leaving Taj Gibson to play 15+ minutes at the five.

While Robert Williams and Al Horford will be left to battle with Mitchell Robinson, Julius Randle and Gibson, Brown often carries a size or athleticism advantage, regularly matching up with Evan Fournier or Alec Burks.

Brown isn’t renowned for his rebounding, and the Knicks have plenty of size, but his track record over the last couple of weeks points us towards the over here. He’s even averaging 6.1 boards per game this season.
