It’s an AFC Wild Card bonanza set for Sunday between the 12-5 Buffalo Bills and 13-4 Jacksonville Jaguars. In their playoff history, the Jags have won both all-time meetings, in 1996 and 2017. I’m cooking up a same-game parlay with +550 odds should all three selections hit in this heated affair, with the winner advancing to the AFC Divisional round.

Bills vs Jaguars SGP Leg #1 – Dawson Knox Over 19.5 Receiving Yards

The first leg of this same-game parlay features Bills tight end Dawson Knox getting 20 or more receiving yards. That’s a threshold he’s been able to reach in eight of his last ten contests. The Jags allow the ninth most receiving yards to tight ends in the NFL (59.1), and he’s often a safety blanket for Josh Allen.

Jacksonville is the best team in the league at stopping the run (85.6 YPG), meaning Buffalo might have to open it up and air it out to have success in this skirmish. That’ll benefit us in our pursuit of Knox getting 20+ receiving yards.

Knox has been targeted 35 times in the last nine duels for an average of 3.89 per outing. He’s hauled in 27 passes in that time frame, so I’m bullish on him blowing over the modest total of 19.5.

BUF vs JAX Same-Game Parlay Leg #2 – Trevor Lawrence Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns

The second leg hinges on Trevor Lawrence continuing his scorching hot play, where he’s posted 24 total TD in the Jags eight-game winning streak. In every one of those affairs, the 2021 first overall pick has picked up at least a pair of touchdowns, with six of the occasions being 2+ passing TD’s.

Lawrence was fifth in the NFL this season with 29 touchdown passes. He’s not been afraid to air it out, throwing at least 30 passes in six of his last seven battles. In the Josh Allen era, Buffalo is 0-4 on the road, but that’s been a fault of Allen, as the team has surrendered seven TD strikes in the last three playoff games away from home.

Buffalo has given up the fifth most rushing YPG, so in an effort to clamp down on the Jags rushing attack, they’re potentially more susceptible to Lawrence slinging the rock and passing for a pair of touchdowns.

Bills vs Jaguars Same-Game Parlay Leg #3 – Parker Washington Anytime TD Scorer

The final leg of this SGP will dovetail nicely with me thinking Trevor Lawrence will have a big game. I’m pairing him up with his wideout Parker Washington to secure an anytime TD. That’s something Washington has accomplished in two of his last three battles and half of his previous eight times suiting up.

Washington has the most yards on the campaign for the Jags, with 847, with five total times finding pay dirt, most of all receivers. He’s seen heavy usage in the last three contests in particular, with at least nine targets each time.

Adding up the three parts of this SGP, featuring Dawson Knox, Trevor Lawrence and Parker Washington has a nice +550 payout, should all three legs hit!
