It’s been nearly two years since the Philadelphia Eagles faced the Arizona Cardinals, when Kyler Murray was only starting to become a huge problem for defenses. Murray’s passing props are among the available Eagles vs Cardinals prop bets Sunday.

The 2020 meeting resulted in a 33-26 victory for Arizona, with Murray passing for over 400 yards. This time around, it’s the Eagles who are instilled as 5.5-point favorites. Although Philadelphia is undefeated, they have weaknesses on defense.

Let’s look at the best Eagles vs Cardinals player props and scoring props available below.

This game will kickoff at 4:25pm ET on Sunday, October 9 at State Farm Stadium. The weather forecast is calling for a mix of sun and clouds, 5 mph winds and a temperature of 87 degrees. FOX is carrying the broadcast in the USA, with streaming available through fuboTV. DAZN is carrying the game in Canada.

Prop #1: Zach Ertz Over 5.5 Receptions

Since Week 1, Zach Ertz has had six or more catches in three straight contests. To be fair, the tight end was only targeted four times as his snaps were just as 60%. He has been above 80% every week since. Ertz is a main cog in the Arizona offense, especially as Kyler Murray’s safety valve.

Furthermore, Ertz knows this team like the back of his head. After all, the former Philadelphia tight end was there for 8.5 seasons. The Eagles’ defense can be a little off at times and Jacksonville did play well last week aside from the four fumbles that Trevor Lawrence lost. Ertz could be fed some passes early and often. Add in he sees a 50% red zone target share and this could be a double bet.

Picks: Zach Ertz Over 5.5 receptions (-115), 1 unit, Anytime touchdown (+290), 1 unit.

Prop #2: Kyler Murray Over 24.5 Completions

Unfortunately, Murray came up just short last week with a mere 23 completions. However, expect Murray to use his legs to help his arm this week. In the previous two weeks, the Arizona quarterback went over 30 completions. With the chances Philadelphia could pull ahead, that increases the propensity to throw more.

The touchdown player prop had been considered, but instead, the completion prop just feels safer given the score effects.

Pick: Kyler Murray over 24.5 completions (-115), 1 unit.

Eagles vs Cardinals Scoring Props

Player Odds to Score First TD Odds to Score Any TD
Jalen Hurts (PHI) +650 +100
James Connor (ARI) +800 +105
Miles Sanders (PHI) +700 +105
A.J. Brown (PHI) +750 +110

Zach Ertz (ARI) +1900 +290
PHI Eagles D/ST +2500 +400
Greg Dortch (ARI) +3500 +550

Jalen Hurts has the best odds of any player to score a TD at +100.

Prop #3: Hurts Goes In First

This sounds a little bit out there but Jalen Hurts could have some success running the ball in the red zone against Arizona. Look at what Patrick Mahomes did in Week 1. The difference is Hurts still has the legs and has at least a touchdown in three of the four games started for the Eagles.

The Arizona Cardinals are going to have a difficult time stopping one of, if not the best, rushing units in the league. Jalen Hurts helps lead this rushing attack and could be the first one to plunge into the end zone.

Picks: Jalen Hurts first touchdown scorer (+650), 1 unit, Jalen Hurts anytime touchdown  (+100), 1 unit

Prop #4: Conner to Run to the Under

James Conner got a little bit more usage against Carolina. He may see more receiving chances on Sunday.

Conner may end up with more receiving yards in this game given how many points Philadelphia can put up, especially in the first half.

Pick: James Conner under 42.5 yards (-115), 1 unit.
