  • NFL player props are available for the Divisional Round 2025
  • I’m fading Lamar Jackson in the passing game against Buffalo
  • Read below for the best Early NFL Props to Target for the Divisional Round

The NFL Playoffs roll on with four games in the Divisional Round on Saturday, January 18th and Sunday, January 19th. Sportsbooks have released a bunch of early prop betting lines for us to pounce on early in the week.

Among the top NFL player props I’m targeting for the Divisional Round is the Under for Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson’s passing yards against Buffalo. Over in the AFC, I’m backing C.J. Stroud’s top receiving target against the Chiefs.

Let’s dive into the NFL player props I’m locking in for this weekend’s upcoming slate.

Divisional Round NFL Player Props

Prop Odds Risk
Lamar Jackson under 224.5 passing yards -110 1 unit
Nico Collins over 6.5 receptions -115 1 unit
Saquon Barkley over 20.5 rushing attempts -125 1 unit

Divisional Round Passing Props – Lamar Jackson Passing Yards

Fading Lamar Jackson is never an easy task, but there are plenty of reasons to think the MVP contender falls short of expectations through the air Sunday. Firstly and most importantly, temperatures are expected around 8 degrees in Buffalo.

Cold weather traditionally impacts passing performance, and I expect a very run-heavy game script from both teams in this one. In their Week 4 matchup at home against Buffalo, Jackson and Derrick Henry combined for 253 rushing yards.

Lamar only threw for 156 yards in the first meeting, and has only topped 220 air yards in two of his past eight games. The “under” on his passing yards prop has cashed in three of the past four games.

I’ll be looking towards some Overs on Jackson’s rushing props in the NFL Player props, but I’m taking the “Under” on his passing yards. His postseason completion percentage remains below 60%, and in his last Divisional Round showing vs Buffalo, he threw for just 162 yards.

  • NFL Player Prop Pick: Lamar Jackson under 224.5 passing yards (-110 at DK); risk 1 unit

Divisional Round Receiving Props – Nico Collins Receptions

Switching over to the AFC, I’m targeting Houston Texans receiver Nico Collins against the Kansas City Chiefs. The 25-year-old is coming off the best postseason showing of his career, logging seven receptions for 122 yards against the Chargers.

Not many teams have had success running the ball against the Chiefs this season, so I believe we will see Houston rely heavily on C.J. Stroud’s arm. 104 of Collins’ 122 playoff yards against the Chargers came on in-breaking routes, which has been an area of weakness for the KC defense.

Collins has played 58% of Houston’s offensive snaps over the past four weeks, which is up 10 percent from his season average. The rising star has benefited from injuries to Tank Dell and Stefon Diggs, jumping to #1 on the Texans WR depth chart.

I’m never super eager to bet on opposing props vs KC, but I like the value on Collins’ receptions at 6.5. He was targeted 10 times in the regular-season meeting and finished with seven receptions. With how much C.J. Stroud trusts him and Houston needing to throw the ball, I’d lock in this number while you can.

  • NFL Player Prop Pick: Nico Collins over 6.5 receptions (-115 at Caesars); risk 1 unit

Divisional Round Rushing Props – Saquon Barkley Rushing Attempts

Wrapping up my early NFL prop bets for the Divisional Round, I’m backing Eagles’ star back Saquon Barkley to go over his carries prop of 21. The former New York Giant has been an absolute workhorse of late, averaging 28.3 rushing attempts per game over his past three outings.

In their previous meeting in Week 12, Barkley absolutely dominated, rushing for an incredible 255 yards and two touchdowns. The Rams’ run defense has been vulnerable, allowing multiple opponents to average over 5 yards per carry and surrendering 10 games with 120+ rushing yards.

The Eagles are -6 favorites in the latest NFL odds, and sportsbooks know what Philadelphia must do to win this game. Philly must rely on its run game behind an excellent offensive line and exploit the Rams’ vulnerable rush defense (4.6 YPC).

The last thing the Eagles want is for QB Jalen Hurts to go toe-to-toe with LA pivot Matthew Stafford in a shootout. I believe Philly will rely heavily on Barkley’s legs, pushing over his rushing attempts prop in the process. He’s attempted 20+ carries in six of his last eight, and has proven he can exploit the Rams.

  • NFL Player Prop Pick: Saquon Barkley over 20.5 rushing attempts (-125 at Bet365); risk 1 unit
