The 2026 Super Bowl is set to kickoff at Levi’s Stadium in the Bay Area at 3:30 pm PT/6:30 pm ET today. If you haven’t made your Super Bowl picks yet, there is still time.
Below, find my two favorite bets to target in Super Bowl 60: Seahawks vs Patriots, plus the best-available odds for each wager at online sportsbooks. Both of these final Super Bowl picks focus on lines that have moved significantly over the course of the week, allowing me to fade the public to the Nth degree.
Seahawks vs Patriots Super Bowl Pick #1: Rhamondre Stevenson Over 47.5 Rush Yards (-110 at BetMGM)
None of the NFL player props for Super Bowl 60 have moved more than Rhamondre Stevenson’s rushing-yards line. The Patriots’ RB1 opened with a rush-yards total of 55.5, and that number has come down eight yards to just 47.5. That’s a 14.5% drop in his yardage total.
The Seahawks have a very good rush defense. They ranked third in RDEF at PFF by season’s end and
But this number has come down too far. The Seahawks allowed a running backs to go over 47.5 rushing yards in 11 of 19 games this season (57.9%). Stevenson is now the undisputed #1 ahead of TreVeyon Henderson in the New England backfield. He has more than double the carries in the playoffs (51 vs 24). If he gets his standard 17 carries, he only needs to average 2.83 YPC to hit 48 yards.
Seahawks vs Patriots Super Bowl Pick #2: Jaxon Smith-Njigba Under 94.5 Receiving Yards (-110 at BetMGM)
My second pick is Seattle WR1 Jaxon Smith-Njigba to stay under 94.5 receiving yards, which also has a market-best price of -110 at BetMGM. JSN opened with a receiving-yards line of 89.5 and has been bet up five yards. This isn’t the same movement as Stevenson’s rushing prop, representing an increase of just 5.6%, but I still love the under.
Smith-Njigba exploded for 153 yards against the Rams last week, and he’s gone over 94.5 yards in 12 times this season in 19 games. The Patriots have arguably the NFL’s best secondary, though, and a fairly elite pass rush to go along with it. New England ranked first at PFF in Coverage with a grade of 90.4. They don’t allow a ton of YAC, either, ranking third in tackling at PFF and sixth in YAC/Reception at 4.7 yards.
Darnold won’t have a ton of time in the pocket today. His yardage is mostly going to have to come on quick-release throws instead of downfield shots. With the Pats surehanded tacklers on the other side, JSN will need north of eight catches to cash the over, and that’s too big an ask against this elite secondary.
