All odds taken Jan. 29th at DraftKings Sportsbook

San Francisco quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo is 6-0 in his career against the Rams. This season, the Niners held Rams QB Matthew Stafford to an average of 240.5 yards passing per game. They also picked him off four times.

Rams wideout Cooper Kupp turned the NFL receiving triple crown this season, leading in receptions, reception yardage and receiving TDs. He’s been assigned a massive number this weekend. Kupp’s over/under on receiving yards is 101.5.

The Rams are 3.5-point favorites, with the 49ers vs Rams odds seeing the total set at an even 46.

Akers Rushing Totals Haven’t Been Cam-tastic

In the two playoff games since he returned from an Achilles injury, Rams running back Cam Akers is averaging a paltry 2.5 yards per carry. He carried 17 times for 51 yards against Arizona and lugged the ball 24 times for just 48 yards against Tampa Bay.

Since Week 9 of the regular season, no running back has cracked the 60-yard barrier when facing the San Francisco defense.

  • Pick: Cam Akers under 61.5 rushing yards (-120); 1 unit

Aiyuk Set to Go Over Receiving Total

In every game save one since Week 7, the Rams defense has surrendered at least 50 yards to multiple receivers per game. The lone exception was their Wild Card win over the Cardinals when just one player cleared that bar.

San Francisco wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk has topped the 50-yard plateau in receiving yards in three of his last four games. He went for 107 yards against the Rams in Week 18.

  • Pick: Brandon Aiyuk over 46.5 receiving yards (-115); 1 unit
