Steelers vs Bills Props #1: Stefon Diggs Receiving Yards

The first player we are targeting in our Steeler vs Bills props is Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs. ESPN Bet has set this number at 65.5, and we think there’s value on the over. Diggs is averaging 69.6 receiving yards per game this season and faces a Steelers secondary allowing 227 yards per contest through the air.

While Diggs has underperformed in recent playoff games, he’s been a monster against Pittsburgh of late. In his last three outings facing the Steelers defense, Diggs has averaged over 100 receiving yards. It certainly doesn’t help that Pittsburgh won’t have TJ Watt on Monday due to his knee injury.

The cold weather has us hesitant to hammer too many receiving overs in this game, but we do that Allen will get Diggs the ball enough for this one to cash. Diggs broke through with an 87-yard game vs Miami last weekend and will see increased volume with Gabe Davis ruled out due to injury.

  • Steelers vs Bills Props Picks: Stefon Diggs Over 65.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Steelers vs Bills Props #2: Najee Harris Rushing Yards

A Pittsburgh player we like targeting in the Steelers vs Bills props is running back Najee Harris. He’s put together back-to-back 100-plus yards rushing games, and should be in for another monster day facing the Bills’ mediocre rushing defense.

The Steelers are heavily reliant on their rushing attack, passing the ball on just 39.8% of their snaps over the past three weeks. In that span, Harris has had 19-plus carries each of those games with over 300 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns.

We don’t expect the Steelers to stray away from the formula that enabled them to sneak into the postseason. Steelers QB Mason Rudolph will be starting his first playoff game since his senior year of high school on Monday, and we don’t think the team wants to put the game in his hands.

The Steelers will look to take advantage of a Bills rush defense that grades bottom-five in the entire league in efficiency per PFF. This means Harris should see 20-plus carries and get over his prop of 61.5 rush yards at ESPN Bet .

  • Steelers vs Bills Props Picks: Najee Harris Over 61.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

In the Steelers vs Bills touchdown props, there is no heavy favorite to find the endzone. Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen has the best odds to find paydirt at -115, and he’s a player we’re targeting in this market.

Steelers vs Bills Props #3: Josh Allen Anytime Touchdown

For the Billvs vs Steelers touchdown props market, we’re keeping it simple with our recommended play. We like Bills quarterback Josh Allen to get into the endzone at -115 odds, and also expect that this line could shorten in the hours leading up to kickoff.

Allen found paydirt 15 times this season, and there may be a bit of overreaction to him not getting into the endzone last week vs Miami. However, that that the first time since Week 11 that Allen hasn’t scored a TD. He’s also rushed in eight TDs over his last six games.

We already mentioned the TJ Watt injury negatively impacting the Steelers defense, but it also means Allen will have more time in the pocket. We expect the Bills’ signal caller to have several designed run plays as he aims to find holes in the Pittsburgh defense.

Allen simply excels in the Wild Card round, winning each of his last three Wild Card playoff games and sporting a career 4-1 playoff record at Orchard Park. Given the conditions forecasted, we project Allen puts on the Superman cape on a few occasions and finds his way into the endzone to wrap up our Steelers vs Bills picks.
