The NFL flexed Sunday Night Football to the game between the Denver Broncos and Chiefs in Kansas City. The opening line has the Chiefs, in first place in the AFC West, favored by 9.5 points.

The Broncos (6-5) have won three of their last four games. The Chiefs (7-4) have strung together four straight victories.

The Buffalo Bills (7-4) host the New England Patriots on Monday Night Football in a showdown for first place in the AFC East. The Bills are three-point choices.

Rams 13-Point Picks in Week 13

Despite being on a three-game losing streak, the Los Angeles Rams (7-4) are Week 13’s biggest favorites at, fittingly, 13 points at home over the hapless Jacksonville Jaguars (2-9). The Jaguars have also lost three in a row.

The Rams lost to the Packers 36-28 in Green Bay on Sunday. Though Los Angeles outscored Green Bay 11-0 in the fourth quarter, the comeback ended when Adrian Amos recovered an onside kick with 17 seconds left.

The Rams’ Matthew Stafford went 21-of-38 for 302 yards with three touchdown passes. Yet he also lost a fumble to set up a touchdown and had an interception returned for a TD.

The Jaguars lost at home 21-14 to the Atlanta Falcons, who did not score a touchdown in their previous two games.

Jacksonville hurt itself with turnovers. Trevor Lawrence threw an interception on the Jaguars’ second series and James Robinson lost a fumble on their next possession.

Hot 49ers Slim Road Favorites

The smallest spread is the two points by which the San Francisco 49ers are favored on the road over the Seattle Seahawks. The game was originally scheduled for Sunday night before the NFL flexed out of it.

The 49ers (6-5) extended their winning streak to three games Sunday with a 34-26 victory over the Minnesota Vikings at home. The Seahawks (3-7) have lost five of their last six games going into Monday night’s contest at Washington.

Deebo Samuel ran for two touchdowns for the 49ers before sustaining a groin injury and Elijah Mitchell rushed for 133 yards and a score. Jimmy Garoppolo threw for 230 yards and a touchdown.

Samuel’s two scores made him the first receiver since the AFL-NFL merger in 1970 to run for five TDs in a season. Samuel had six carries for 66 yards and caught one pass for 15 yards. San Francisco finished with 208 yards rushing.

Highs and Lows

The highest total is 50.5 points for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Falcons game in Atlanta.

The Buccaneers rallied past the Colts for a 38-31 victory on Sunday in Indianapolis. Leonard Fournette capped a four-touchdown game with a 28-yard scoring run with 20 seconds left to give Tampa Bay the victory.

The New York Giants-Dolphins game in Miami has the lowest over/under at 43.5 points. Both teams won Sunday with the Dolphins downing the visiting Carolina Panthers 33-10 and the Giants getting past the Philadelphia Eagles 13-7 at home.

Movement on the Line?

The Cowboys being 5.5-point road favorites seems high coming off back-to-back poor performances, even though the Saints are on their longest losing streak since 2016. Look for the sharps to hit the Saints, even harder if star running back Alvin Kamara (knee) is cleared to play after missing three games in a row.

The Eagles’ offense was anemic Sunday, and the Jets got a rare win, 21-14 over the Texans in Houston. However, the Eagles had shown promise with three wins in their previous four games and will likely get bet up from 6.5.
