Rams Big Road Favorites
The Los Angeles Rams are the biggest favorites on the Week 6 board as 10.5-point road picks over the New York Giants.
LA raised their record to 4-1 on Thursday night with a 26-17 road win over the Seattle Seahawks.
Matthew Stafford threw for 365 yards and a touchdown to lead the Rams. Los Angeles struggled offensively in the first half and trailed 7-3 at the break before scoring 23 points in the final two quarters.

Robert Woods had 12 catches for 150 yards. Stafford’s TD pass was a 13-yarder to Tyler Higbee.
The Giants were drubbed 44-20 by the Cowboys on the road Sunday to fall 1-4 and lost two key players.
Running back Saquon Barkley was forced from the game in the first quarter with an ankle injury. In the second period, quarterback Daniel Jones sustained a concussion and did return.

Mike Glennon replaced Jones and was 16-of-25 passing for 196 yards and a touchdown but was also intercepted twice.
Vikings Slim Favorites
The smallest spread is the 1-point the Minnesota Vikings are favored by on the road over the Carolina Panthers.
Minnesota escaped with a 19-17 victory over the winless Detroit Lions at home Sunday to improve to 2-3 as Greg Joseph kicked a 54-yard field goal as time expired.

Joseph made four field goals, including a career-best 55-yarder.
Running back Alexander Mattison ably filled in for the injured Dalvin Cook with 153 total yards and a second-quarter touchdown catch.
Carolina lost their second straight following a 3-0 start as they fell to the visiting Philadelphia Eagles 21-18 on Sunday.
The Panthers failed to hold a 12-point lead as Sam Darnold was intercepted three times and sacked three times.

Darnold was picked by Steven Nelson in the final two minutes while trying to rally Carolina.
Highs and Lows
Week 6’s largest total is 54.5 points for the Kansas City Chiefs’ visit to the Washington Football Team.
The Chiefs entered Sunday night’s game against the Buffalo Bills averaging 33.5 points a game. Washington has a 24.6 scoring average.
The best QB the Bills have faced this year is 100yo Ben Roethlisberger.

Meanwhile the smallest total is just 42.5 points when the Colts host the Houston Texans in Indianapolis. The Texans have a 17.8 scoring average, and the Colts are averaging 20.8.
Movement on the Line?
Granted, the Giants suffered two big personnel losses on offense Sunday. However, it still seems a little out of the line to see the Rams as double-digit road favorites at the Meadowlands.
Considering just two of the Rams’ five wins have been by at least 10 points, look for that number to fall a little bit this week.
While they are on the road, the Bills being favored by 4.5 points over the Tennessee Titans also seems a little night. Look for that spread to rise at least a little.
