Week 7 Passing Props – Jalen Hurts Passing Yards

In his last four games Jalen Hurts has finished with 280, 303, 319 and 217 passing yards.

He’s only thrown multiple touchdowns once this season, but has thrown for at least one in every game.

Those passing yards numbers have come against the Jets (15th), Rams (13th), Commanders (27th) and Bucs (26th) in passing defense. Miami falls right in between those teams ranking 19th giving up 229.2 yards per game through the air.

The Eagles just lost to the Jets and now they have to defend the highest scoring offense in the league. This has the potential to turn into a shootout, and that surely means Hurts will be attacking this Miami secondary.

  • NFL Player Prop Picks: Jalen Hurts over 252.5 passing yards (-125); risk 1 unit at DraftKings

Week 7 Rushing Props – Aaron Jones Rushing & Receiving Yards

We haven’t seen much of Green Bay’s star playmaker this season. In Week 1 he finished with 41 receiving yards, 86 receiving yards and both a rushing and receiving touchdown.

However, a hamstring injury has prevented him from seeing the field for anything more than a few plays against the Lions since.

But Jones was back in practice this week and looks to be in line to return in Week 7. It should be a perfect matchup for him, facing the Broncos who are 32nd in rushing yards allowed, giving up 172.3 YPG.

So far, the Broncos have given up the most yards (890), rush attempts (152) and second-most rushing TDs (8) to opposing running backs.

Those numbers are just as bad when defending RBs out of the backfield. Opposing RBs have 321 receiving yards (31st), 40 receptions (32nd) and four receiving touchdowns (tied-32nd).

This all lines up for a monster day for Jones in Week 7 player props.

  • NFL Player Prop Picks: Aaron Jones 75+ rushing and receiving yards (-135); risk 1 unit at DraftKings

Week 7 Receiving Props – Rashee Rice Receiving Yards

As bad as the Chargers are at defending the pass, and they are bad, giving up 289 passing yards per game to rank 32nd, they aren’t terrible at defending TEs. Now that may because teams find so much success going deep, they don’t bother with the shorter over the middle throws, but still.

Against TEs they’ve only allowed 19 receptions, 187 yards and one touchdown. So instead of looking to Travis Kelce in our Week 7 props, let’s look to the wide receiver position.

Rashee Rice was 4/4 receiving for 72 yards last week versus Denver. He’s caught four or more passes in 5/6 games and five or more in 4/6. There’s every reason to think Patrick Mahomes will attack the Chargers deep and be looking for the rookie Rice who’s proving to be a reliable target. Rice’s recent receiving yards have all been over or nearly right on this number in the past four weeks at 72, 33, 32 and 59.

  • NFL Player Prop Picks: Rashee Rice over 35.5 receiving yards (-130); risk 1 unit at DraftKings

Week 7 Receiving Props – AJ Brown Receiving Yards

Eagles receiver AJ Brown hasn’t been finding the endzone this season with just two touchdowns in six games but he is putting up monster receiving numbers.

Brown is the fifth-most targeted receiver in the NFL with 60 passes going his direction. With those passes, he’s caught 42 for 672 yards. Last week versus the Jets he was 7/9 for 131 yards, his fourth-straight game with not only over 100 yards, but with 127 or more.

Similar to what we said about Hurts having a big day against a weak Dolphins secondary, holds true for our Week 7 NFL player prop picks for Brown as well.

  • NFL Player Prop Picks: AJ Brown over 81.5 receiving yards (-115); risk 1 unit

Week 7 Touchdown Props – Stefon Diggs Anytime TD

Let’s break down our top touchdown prop bets for Week 7 here.

The Bills just barely got by what looked to be a straightforward win over the Giants, trailing and only winning late 14-9.

Now they get another winnable opponent in the New England Patriots.

The Pats are 1-5, score the second-fewest points per game (12.0) and give up the eighth-most PPG (25.3).

Josh Allen had an MRI which came back normal on his right shoulder so assuming he’s good to go we think he can find his top target Stefon Diggs for a score in our Week 7 player props. Diggs is the third-most targeted wide receiver in the NFL through six weeks. Diggs didn’t score last week, but he was 10/16 for 100 yards. Diggs has finished with 100+ yards in four-straight games and in 4/5 this season.

He’s found the endzone in his two previous games with four TDs in those two. We’re betting he gets back there on Sunday against a spiralling Patriots team.

  • NFL Player Prop Picks: Stefon Diggs anytime touchdown (-105); risk 1 unit at Bet365
