Juventus will be seeking to maintain its recovery of form when it hosts Sassuolo on Wednesday.
The Turin giants have climbed to sixth place after a dreadful start in which the team failed to win in its opening three league matches – sinking as low as 18th place.
Meanwhile, Sassuolo is in the 13th spot and has won only three times in nine games so far.

However, it claimed a 3-1 victory at home against Venezia last weekend and will be hoping to continue in its buoyant mood this midweek.
Under coach Max Allegri, Juventus is unbeaten in its last nine matches in all competition.
Narrow Escape for Juve at Inter
But there was a narrow escape last Sunday at Inter Milan where Juventus required an 89th-minute penalty equalizer from Paulo Dybala to claim a point.
The oddsmakers at DraftKings, however, expect a quick return to winning ways for Juventus. It makes them a wide -240 favorite for a home win.

With kick-off at 12:30 pm ET, Sassuolo is a huge outsider at +650. The draw, furthermore, is priced at +390.
Coach Allegri has returned for his second spell in charge at Juventus. He previously led the club to five straight league titles between 2015 and 2019.
Juventus has put together a six-match undefeated run in Serie A.
The team has lost superstar Cristiano Ronaldo to Manchester United.
But it has now put together a six-match undefeated run in Serie A – with four wins and two draws.
The team is now one point from a Champions League place and is level on 15 points with fourth-placed Roma and fifth-placed Atalanta.

Before the draw at Inter, Juventus had won four straight games by 1-0. That is a reminder that goals have been hard to come by since Ronaldo’s departure but that the team is once again solid and effective.
In Serie A, there were 1-0 wins against Torino and Roma.

In the Champions League, meanwhile, Allegri’s men were successful by the same scoreline against Chelsea and then, subsequently, Zenit St. Petersburg.
Although those four wins were narrow, Juventus will be encouraged by the fact that it has scored three times in four of its last five meetings with Sassuolo.
Dybala Has Hit Four Goals
That will certainly whet the appetite of leading scorer Dybala – who has four goals this season – and three-goal striker Alvaro Morata.
There were 3-1 wins both home and away for Juventus in last season’s meetings.

The current unbeaten run marks the growing influence of returning coach Allegri after the team’s poor start.
The odds for this game reflect that. So it will require a search for value away from the game line prices.
At +350, the Prop odds for Dybala to be the first goalscorer look attractive – with Morata at the same price.
Sassuolo’s defeat of Venezia was welcome following a stuttering run
That is certainly worth consideration given the fact that Sassuolo has kept only two clean sheets in the league this season.
Meanwhile, Sassuolo’s defeat of Venezia was welcome following a stuttering run in which the team picked up only four points in the previous six fixtures.
Venezia took the lead. However, comeback goals from Domenico Berardi, Davide Fratessi, and an own goal by Venezia’s Thomas Henry secured the points for Sassuolo.

Berardi, moreover, is the team’s leading scorer with three goals so far; all in Serie A.
With three wins, two draws, and four defeats, Sassuolo has scored 12 goals so far while conceding 12 times.
Furthermore, Juventus have collected figures of four wins, three draws, and two defeats.
Allegri Has Defense Concerns
It has scored 13 times. But Allegri will certainly be concerned by the fact that his side has conceded 11 goals.
However, Juventus has never lost at home against Sassuolo with seven wins and one draw previously taking place.

It has not lost against these opponents at all in nine meetings since October 2015.
And, to sum up, it is likely to claim another win this time out although it may be by a low margin of victory. In those circumstances, Dybala is well-placed to get on the scoresheet.
Pick: Paulo Dybala +350 (First Goalscorer)
