Power vs Enemies Pick
Co-Captain Elijah Stewart is out for at least the next two weeks after he earned an invite to the Pelicans’ Summer League squad. If Enemies fans were wondering who was going to fill the scoring void fear not, as heat-check All-Star Jordan Crawford will take his place.
BREAKING NEWS: Enemies have elevated Jordan Crawford from the draft pool. He will take the place of Elijah Stewart, who will miss time playing in NBA Summer League.

Crawford will join Nick Young, AKA Swaggy P, to form one of the most entertaining duos in the league. Defense will be an after thought and we can expect a plethora of jaw-dropping plays to follow. But will that lead to success? Perhaps against a different squad, but it seems unlikely versus the Power.

Nancy Lieberman’s squad is loaded with size and deploys a bully ball strategy. Royce White and T.J. Cline will wear the Enemies down in the paint, while 2022 number one overall pick Glen Rice Jr. has showed a deft touch in his first two BIG3 games.
Pick: Power -2 (-115)
Killer 3’s vs Tri-State Pick
Tri-State began the season with a 15 point loss. They followed that up in Week 2 with a 16 point win. So what changed? The return of Jason Richardson. The former top-5 NBA selection was back in the lineup for Week 2’s victory and racked up a stat line of 21 points, eight rebounds and three assists.

Not only was he a game changer on offense, he also helped key a defensive effort that slowed down Michael Beasley and Mario Chalmers, two of the most well known players in the league. Tri-State is loaded with former NBA talent, something that the Killer 3’s are severely lacking.
The team is led by Franklin (Nitty) Session who leads the BIG3 in assists. However, after him the cupboard is bare. Only Josh Powell and KJ McDaniels have any NBA experience and those aren’t exactly names to fear. If Richardson and company can clamp down on Session this game could easily replicate Tri-State’s Week 2 blowout win.
Pick: Tri-State -4.5 (-115)
Ball Hogs vs Triplets Pick
Last but not least, Joe Johnson’s Triplets look to continue their undefeated season. While Johnson and Co. are off to a 2-0 start and boast the league’s best point differential, the Ball Hogs are 0-2 and have the worst point differential.
The scary thing about the Triplets is that they proved last week they can win without Johnson. The two-time MVP struggled from the field against the Aliens scoring just 13 points, but it hardly mattered. The Pargo brothers, Jeremy and Jannero, picked up the slack combining for 35 points and seven three’s en route to a 50-33 victory.

The Ball Hogs meanwhile, fell 50-43 to the 2-0 Ghost Ballers last week, after a 17 point blowout loss in Week 1. The good news is that Leandro Barbosa is back which should help the offense. Barbosa finished second in scoring behind Johnson last year, and led the league in assists.
The Problem is after “The Blur” the Ball Hogs are hurting for talent. Jodie Meeks in the only other player with NBA experience, while the trio of Will McDonald, Kuran Iverson and Stacy Davis are averaging just 9.5, 6.5 and 4.5 points respectively.
