A few games are still to come in this week’s slate, but the NFL Week 6 odds have already been posted at online sportsbooks. The Houston Texans and Minnesota Vikings are on bye, meaning the Week 6 schedule will feature 15 games.
Week 6 starts with the Philadelphia Eagles vs New York Giants on TNF, continues with the Denver Broncos vs New York Jets in London, and culminates with another Monday Night Football doubleheader: Buffalo Bills vs Atlanta Falcons (7:15 pm ET) and Chicago Bears vs Washington Commanders (8:15 pm ET).
The table below lists the opening NFL Week 6 odds for all 15 games.
NFL Week 6 Odds
The biggest spread on the board, by a full touchdown, is Bengals vs Packers. Without Joe Burrow, Cincinnati has been pasted three straight weeks. Now they travel to Green Bay to face a very good Packers team (coming off a bye) as 14.5-point road underdogs.
The highest total on the board is 50.5 which is shared by the pair of Monday Night Football Games: Bills vs Falcons, and Bears vs Commanders. To the surprise of no one, the lowest total is from the Browns vs Steelers game (37.5).

Lions vs Chiefs Odds: Detroit Opens as Road Underdog
After dropping their season-opener (27-13 at Green Bay), the Detroit Lions have been the best team in the NFL over the past four weeks. They have scored 34-plus points in three straight games (and currently lead Cincinnati 28-17), easily covering the spread in all three and positioned to cover in Week 5, as well.
In Week 6, they travel to Arrowhead to face a resurgent Kansas City team that pasted Baltimore 37-20 in Week 4 (and will meet Jacksonville on MNF in Week 5).
Patrick Mahomes was a prolific 25-of-37 for 270 yards and four touchdowns the last time he took the field, putting KC’s 0-2 start squarely in the rearview mirror.
Kansas City has opened as a 1.5-point home favorite and -120 chalk on the moneyline. The red-hot Lions are even-money to run their win streak to five.
Rams vs Ravens Odds: Baltimore Huge Home ‘Dogs Without Lamar Jackson
The Ravens were brutalized at home by Houston in Week 5 without start QB Lamar Jackson, falling 44-10 and generating just 207 yards of total offense with Cooper Rush under center. The Ravens get to stay home again in Week 6, but with Matthew Stafford and the Rams high-powered offense coming to town, Baltimore has opened as a 7.5-point home underdog.
The Rams are coming off a very disappointing 26-23 OT loss to the 49ers as 8.5-point home favorites. LA had the luxury of facing another backup QB in that one (Mac Jones) but the Rams defense was torched for 333 passing yards by the former Patriot.
The good news for LA is that their loss to the Niners came on TNF, so they will have three extra days of rest in Week 6.
