The Baltimore Ravens (2-5, 0-2 away) bid to get back into playoff contention continues tonight against the Miami Dolphins (2-6, 1-2 home). Lamar Jackson is expected to return from his hamstring injury, and he’s just one of the many big names sure to draw plenty of action in the player props market.

Kickoff is slated for 8:15 pm ET from Hard Rock Stadium, in Miami Gardens, FL, with Amazon Prime Video providing the broadcast coverage.

The first table below lists the main Ravens vs Dolphins player props available in the TNF odds, plus my favorite O/U to target. The second table features the anytime touchdown props.

Jackson carries a lower completions prop than Fins QB Tua Tagovailoa, but a higher passing yards over/under and is more likely to throw 2 TD. There is some uncertainty around just how healthy Jackson is, which is enough for me to look elsewhere for prop bets.

My favorite Ravens vs Dolphins players props wager is the over on Derrick Henry’s rushing yards, as no one will benefit more from Jackson’s return than the King.

Ravens vs Dolphins Player Props Bet #1: Derrick Henry Rushing Yards

With Jackson under center, Miami will have to respect his passing prowess. That means they won’t be able to stack the box, opening the door for a potential Henry ceiling game. Henry’s ramped up his rushing volume over the last few weeks, earning 45 total carries, and he’ll be featured heavily against this porous Fins run D.

Dolphins Run Defense

StatTotal
EPA/Rush Allowed0.04 (27th)
Success % Allowed46.81% (28th)
Rush Yards Allowed1,160 (29th)

Miami ranks 27th or worse in EPA/rush allowed, defensive success rate and rushing yards allowed. Kimani Vidal, Rico Dowdle and Quinshon Judkins have all torched them on the ground in recent weeks, and none of those players are in same talent tier as Henry.

With Jackson at QB, Baltimore’s offense ranks top-10 in EPA/play, success rate, and touchdown drive rate. The Ravens are going to roll offensively tonight, led by Henry.

Ravens vs Dolphins Player Props Bet #2: Tua Tagovailoa Passing Yards

Game script is most likely going to be against the Fins tonight as 7.5-point underdogs. That’s going to force them into a pass heavy approach, and luckily for Tagovailoa, the Baltimore defense has been very kind to enemy QB’s.

The Ravens rank bottom-11 in passing yards and TD allowed, plus opponent completion percentage. Tua and the Miami offense looked extremely efficient in their Week 8 victory over Atlanta, and should be able to carry that success over to tonight.

Ravens vs Dolphins Anytime Touchdown Odds

Lamar Jackson (BAL)+150

DeAndre Hopkins (BAL)+500

Shifting over to the Ravens vs Dolphins anytime touchdown props, where I think we can comfortably target Mark Andrews to score.

Ravens vs Dolphins Player Prop Bet #3: Mark Andrews Anytime TD

The last time Andrews and Lamar shared the field for an entire game, the big tight end went for 6 catches, 90 yards and 2 TD. He’s arguably been Jackson’s favorite red zone target since he entered the league, and it just so happens Miami is awful at defending the pass. They rank 29th in pass defense DVOA so far, despite playing just one team that currently occupies a playoff spot since Week 3.

The Ravens offense is the reason they were such a popular Super Bowl odds pick heading into the season, and the Jackson-Andrews connection is a major part of that.
