The Week 15 Sunday slate of games concludes with a Vikings squad playing out the string against a desperate Cowboys team scratching and clawing to make the postseason. MIN vs DAL Player Prop #1: J.J. McCarthy Over 191.5 Passing Yards

For my first prop, I’m taking a leap of faith that Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy can continue taking his own leap after three touchdown performance last week against Washington. He’s only reached the 192 passing yards threshold once in seven duels, but he could be primed for a breakout Sunday night.

The reason for my optimism stems in that fact that Dallas has been atrocious in limiting QB’s this season. In fact, they rank dead last in surrendering 255.2 yards per affair, and they’ve allowed QB’s to reach the 192 passing yard milestone in every game except Jalen Hurts in Week 1.

Vikings vs Cowboys Prop Pick #2: Jordan Mason Over 37.5 Rushing Yards

For my next prop I’m going with Vikings running back Jordan Mason to pick up at least 38 yards on the ground. That’s something he’s been able to accomplish in four straight contests (at least 42 yards each game).

Dallas has operated as a bottom half team in rushing yards allowed (123.5), and Mason’s running mate Aaron Jones has been limited this week with a shoulder injury. If that acts up, there’s more carries for Mason to be had to reach the over.

Moving over to the Vikings vs Cowboys touchdown scorer props, Javonte Williams has the shortest odds to record a TD at -140. The player most likely to find the end zone for the Minnesota is Aaron Jones at +165.

Vikings vs Cowboys Prop Pick #3: Ryan Flournoy Anytime TD

For an anytime touchdown scorer, I’m going to go on a considerable limb to spice things up a little and select Cowboys receiver Ryan Flournoy to find pay dirt. He’s done just that three times in his last five outings, including last week, where he hauled in a career-high 115 yards vs Detroit.

His quarterback Dak Prescott has had a phenomenal season, racking up 3,637 yards (most in the NFL), along with 26 passing TD’s, which is second in the league.

There’s four Cowboys players with odds shorter to record an anytime touchdown, so at +450, it’s pretty intriguing. Consider this – he has more TD’s than Javonte Williams, CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens have recorded in their respective last five outings.
