My DFS Picks for the PGA Championship
1. Cameron Young Better 10.5 Tournament Finishing Position
Cameron Young has quickly become one of the most exciting young talents in golf and targeting him for a top 10 finish at the 2026 PGA Championship is a sharp, upside driven play. Young has taken a major leap this season, not only consistently ranking near the top in strokes gained metrics, but now converting those elite numbers into wins, including victories at The Players Championship and the Cadillac Championship. That combination of high-end ball striking and proven ability to close elevates his ceiling heading into this major. While he is still chasing his first major title, his game fits a demanding PGA Championship setup perfectly.
From a DFS and statistical perspective, Young remains an extremely appealing option. He is second this season in strokes gained total this season and sixth in strokes gained tee-to-green, giving him a well-rounded profile in the key areas required for PGA Championship success. His ability to generate birdies while limiting mistakes provides both a strong floor and the high-end scoring upside needed to crack the top 10.
If he can continue to stay hot with his putter, the field better watch out for Cameron Young. For DFS players, this blend of upside, consistency, and winning pedigree makes Cameron Young a strong candidate to contend and finish inside the top 10 and or win the whole tournament.
2. Justin Rose Better 20.5 Tournament Finishing Position
Justin Rose remains a serious threat in major championship setups, making a finishing position better than 20.5 a strong play for the 2026 PGA Championship. He comes in off some shaky tournament finishing positions as he just started using new irons, but I believe he will prevail in Pennsylvania this weekend.
There is also added confidence in his course familiarity, as Rose has experience at Aronimink Golf Club from past PGA Tour stops, including strong showings in both 2010 (win) and 2018 (runner up). That history on the course gives him a valuable edge when it comes to navigating its layout and understanding where scoring opportunities and trouble spots lie.
3. Jordan Spieth Better 20.5 Tournament Finishing Position
I absolutely love this play here, as Jordan Spieth looks to complete the coveted career Grand Slam this week, needing only the PGA Championship to achieve it. Spieth comes into this major in strong form, posting five top 20 finishes this season and showing flashes of his 2015 prime.
From a number’s standpoint, there’s a lot to like. Spieth is gaining roughly +0.6 strokes on approach this season, which ranks inside the top 30 on Tour, and sits around +0.4 strokes gained total overall, showing well rounded consistency across his game. His putting has also been a strength, hovering around +0.4 strokes gained, which is key in major championship setups where scrambling and converting chances matter most.
He may not be elite off the tee, but his iron play, short game, and ability to avoid big numbers keep him competitive. Add in the motivation of chasing history, and Spieth profiles as a very strong DFS and betting option with real upside this week.
