Just one game – the MNF tilt between Chicago and Seattle – remains in Week 8, which means it’s time for early Week 9 picks against the spread. Week 9 kicks off with Jaguars (5-2) vs Ravens (4-4) on Thursday, November 5, and wraps up on Monday, November 9, with a massive cross-conference showdown between the Bills (6-1) and Vikings (6-1), who are tied for the best record in the league alongside the 49ers.

The opening NFL Week 9 odds were posted a few hours ago and I ran the numbers through our A.I. prediction mode. The first table below sets out the computer’s A.I. pick for each game. Under the table, find its rationale for each pick.

Jaguars vs Ravens ATS Pick

Pick: JAX -7.5
A.I. Rationale: “Evaluating both teams’ SU and ATS records, Jacksonville commands a 77.1% win probability. The Jaguars employ an aggressive air raid offense led by Trevor Lawrence’s 17 passing TDs this 2026 season, averaging an impressive 28.0 points per game (PPG). Baltimore’s defense routinely breaks, allowing 25.4 PPG. This discrepancy in red zone efficiency points toward a Jacksonville cover. Consult the latest [NFL ATS records] for further confirmation.”

Bengals vs Falcons ATS Pick

Pick: CIN -3.5
A.I. Rationale: “Factoring in both teams’ SU and ATS records, Cincinnati boasts a 61.8% win probability. Joe Burrow drives a dominant 2026 Bengals attack scoring 29.4 PPG with 368.7 total yards per game. Atlanta struggles to maintain field position and scores just 21.4 PPG. The Falcons lack the pocket presence required to keep pace, allowing Cincinnati to cover.”

Cowboys vs Colts ATS Pick

Pick: DAL -5.5
A.I. Rationale: “Assessing both teams’ SU and ATS records, Dallas holds a 68.3% win probability. Dak Prescott powers a 27.4 PPG Cowboys offense with 14 passing TDs this season. Indianapolis manages a meager 20.1 PPG. The Colts fail to sustain drives and convert third downs, enabling the Cowboys to win the field position battle and secure the cover.”

Rams vs Commanders ATS Pick

Pick: LAR -5.5
A.I. Rationale: “Reviewing both teams’ SU and ATS records alongside a 67.9% win probability, Los Angeles projects to cover behind Matthew Stafford. The 2026 Rams offense posts 24.3 PPG and 378.5 yards per game. Washington averages just 22.0 PPG and struggles against complex defensive schemes. Back the Rams to consistently execute their game plan and cover the number.”

Browns vs Saints ATS Pick

Pick: NO -2.5
A.I. Rationale: “Weighing both teams’ SU and ATS records, New Orleans holds a 57.1% win probability. The Saints generate 23.1 PPG this 2026 season, utilizing a ground and pound approach to control the clock. Cleveland struggles offensively, mustering just 17.4 PPG. This lack of scoring output prevents the Browns from keeping pace, giving New Orleans a narrow cover.”

Jets vs Chiefs ATS Pick

Pick: KC -9.5
A.I. Rationale: “Looking at both teams’ SU and ATS records, Kansas City possesses an 80.5% win probability. The Chiefs offense averages 22.9 PPG and 360.3 yards per game. New York logs 21.3 PPG in 2026, but Patrick Mahomes consistently dictates the tempo. Expect Kansas City to dominate third down conversions and cover this spread with methodical offensive drives.”

Lions vs Dolphins ATS Pick

Pick: DET -7.5
A.I. Rationale: “Judging by both teams’ SU and ATS records, Detroit enjoys a 76.4% win probability. Jared Goff guides a potent 2026 Lions offense producing 29.0 PPG and 395.4 yards per game. Miami features a dismal 15.9 PPG average. The Dolphins’ inability to generate sustained drives ensures Detroit dictates the game script and cruises to a convincing cover.”

Broncos vs Panthers ATS Pick

Pick: DEN -2.5
A.I. Rationale: “Analyzing both teams’ SU and ATS records, Denver’s 56.0% win probability supports an ATS cover. Carolina allows a generous 27.6 PPG this 2026 season while scoring 25.4 PPG themselves. The Panthers feature a porous defense that constantly surrenders critical yardage. Denver capitalizes on this massive vulnerability, executing efficiently in the red zone to secure the cover.”

Giants vs Eagles ATS Pick

Pick: NYG -2.5
A.I. Rationale: “Comparing both teams’ SU and ATS records, New York edges Philadelphia with a 52.8% win probability. The 2026 Giants score 23.3 PPG and average 346.0 yards per contest. The Eagles defense surrenders 25.0 PPG and struggles with gap integrity. New York utilizes strategic offensive sets to exploit these defensive schemes, paving the way for a cover.”

Texans vs Chargers ATS Pick

Pick: HOU -3.5
A.I. Rationale: “Houston holds a 63.4% win probability in this matchup. The Texans post 23.6 PPG this 2026 season. Los Angeles severely lags at 14.1 PPG and 282.3 yards per game, burdened by an abysmal 0-6 SU and 0-5 ATS record. The Chargers’ offensive futility guarantees Houston wins the field position battle and covers comfortably.”

Raiders vs 49ers ATS Pick

Pick: SF -9.5
A.I. Rationale: “Measuring both teams’ SU and ATS records, San Francisco boasts a massive 79.6% win probability. Brock Purdy directs a 2026 offense scoring 28.1 PPG and 371.4 yards per game. Las Vegas contributes 27.6 PPG but lacks the defensive personnel to stop the 49ers. San Francisco commands the trenches and converts in the red zone to cover.”

Packers vs Patriots ATS Pick

Pick: NE -2.5
A.I. Rationale: “Evaluating both teams’ SU and ATS records, New England features a 58.0% win probability. The Patriots score 21.3 PPG this 2026 season, while Green Bay posts 21.4 PPG. This evenly matched contest will be decided by third down conversions. New England leverages superior defensive schemes to disrupt the pocket, allowing the Patriots to cover at home.”

Cardinals vs Seahawks ATS Pick

Pick: SEA -10.5
A.I. Rationale: “According to both teams’ SU and ATS records, Seattle commands an 85.9% win probability. Sam Darnold leads a 2026 Seahawks squad generating 24.0 PPG and 343.3 total yards. Arizona allows a staggering 29.8 PPG. The Cardinals cannot string together defensive stops, allowing Seattle to completely control the clock and rack up points for an easy cover.”

Buccaneers vs Bears ATS Pick

Pick: CHI -6.5
A.I. Rationale: “Factoring in both teams’ SU and ATS records, Chicago holds a 70.2% win probability. D’Andre Swift and the 2026 Bears offense rack up 25.7 PPG and 390.7 yards per game. Tampa Bay answers with 22.3 PPG but struggles against physical defensive schemes. Expect Chicago to utilize a ground and pound strategy to exhaust the defense and cover.”

Bills vs Vikings ATS Pick

Pick: BUF -2.5
A.I. Rationale: “Buffalo brings a 58.0% win probability into this matchup. The Bills boast a dominant 6-1 SU and 5-2 ATS record. Josh Allen spearheads an explosive 2026 offense averaging 33.3 PPG and 393.1 yards per game. Minnesota holds a 6-1 SU and 4-3 ATS record, adding 20.0 PPG. The Bills’ superior red zone efficiency helps them cover on the road.”
