MLB Home Run Picks Today – Top Dinger Tuesday Bets for June 2

- We’ve got another full slate of MLB games for Dinger Tuesday, June 2
- When this happens, we need to find at least three guys we like to go yard and bet them all to go yard
- See below for my three best home run plays for tonight’s action
We did it again! We made it another week, which means we get to revel in the glory that is Dinger Tuesday. Honestly, I knew we were going to make it since we do it every single week. I just didn’t think we would do it the way we did. Everyone on the dinger streets knows that we’ve just been raking in the wins. Two, three, and sometimes even four per day. Hell, just last Tuesday in this article alone, we hit two of the three bets. I feel like nothing can stop us at this point. We’re too hot.
With that in mind, I went through the board extra tight today. We’re talking 1000s of mental simulations here, people. Nothing is too much for us, and it was worth it because after all those simmies, three guys stuck out as no doubters. Keep reading, and I’ll tell you about them.
Home Run Picks For Tuesday (June 2)
Each one of the home run picks for today is at least +279, meaning if we bet the same amount on each player and one of them hit a dinger, we would profit.
Putting all three in a long-shot home run parlay at FanDuel generates +5816 odds.

Tuesday Home Run Pick #1 – Yordan Alvarez Will Start Us Off Right
Obviously, we’re going to need a no-doubter to get us going. We talk about it every week. We can’t hit three dinger bets unless we hit one first. That’s just how counting works. It’s been like that since the first time someone counted to two, and it’ll be like that until the last person does it.
Luckily, Yordan Alvarez has a date with Bubba Chandler tonight. That should get us on the board easily.
The haters are going to say that Yordan is only +279, so he isn’t worth our time. Pay them no mind. For starters, Yordan is always worth our time, and he should be -279, so there is value here. It’s simple, really. Bubba Chandler throws his four-seam fastball 53% time. That won’t work against Yordan. On the season, Yordan has had 36 batted ball events when thrown a four-seam fastball by a righty. Five of those balls went home with a fan. My guess is he hits another one tonight. Feels easy.
- The Bet: Yordan Alvarez to Hit a Home Run (+317 at Kalshi)
Tuesday HR Pick #2 – Mike Trout Still Hits Bombs
Once Yordan goes in his first at-bat, we’ll have to wait a bit for the Angels games to start. Still, we can’t look at this as a bad thing. We can use that time to maybe grab a snack, hit the head, or even watch a sitcom or two.
Whatever we do, we’ll want to be back by 9:38 pm ET because Mike Trout has a matchup with Tomoyuki Sugano.
I’m not really a batter vs pitcher stat guy, but Trout has seen 12 pitches from Sugano, and one of them ended up on Mars. I will say that Sugano makes things tough to handicap since he throws seven different pitches, but we’re talking Mike Trout here, people. He’s not some BS guy. The man has 10 home runs on those seven different pitches. The point is, no matter what Sugano throws, Trout can hit it out (that rhymed). This is just a classic “ball-knower” bet by us. Feels right.
- The Bet: Mike Trout to Hit a Home Run (+335 at Kalshi)
Tuesday HR Pick #3 – Ketel Marte Is Raking
Finally, we’re going to need a guy whom we can trust to round this thing out. We’ve already got two easy money moves. Why not add a guy who is legit in the zone? It just makes sense. Especially when the guy who is “in the zone” is also an easy money move.
That guy is Ketel Marte, and he’s going to see Eric Lauer tonight.
Marte took forever to get going this season, but that’s all behind him now. The man is swinging a hot stick at the moment. In fact, he was featured in this article last week in the +560 range. This week, we’re looking at a +355 pricetag. The books know. The thing is, he might as well be -250 because he’s going to see a guy in Lauer who has already given up 10 home runs to right-handed hitters this season. Marte already has two dongs against this guy, and after tonight, he’ll have at least three. Maybe more. Feels easy.
- The Bet: Ketel Marte to Hit a Home Run (+376 at Kalshi)
