With veteran Kenny Pickett expected to start for the Panthers against Arizona rookie Carson Beck, the Hall of Fame Game betting lines slightly favor Carolina.

The Cardinals come back as 48¢ underdogs (equal to a +108 moneyline price).

The spread favors Carolina by just 1.5 with the Panthers priced at even-money to cover. Arizona is 51¢ (-104) to keep the score within a point.

The game total is sitting at 34.5 with the under slightly favored at 52¢ (-108). Over bettors can get 49¢ (+104) at Kalshi.

Polymarket has nearly identical odds across the board. The only difference is one-cent extra juice on the moneyline: Carolina is trading at 54¢ (-118) and Arizona at 48¢ (+108). The spread and total are identical at the time of writing.

Odds Movement

The lines have fluctuated a decent amount over the last week. Arizona was as short as a 52¢ favorite on August 2, while Carolina was trading at 50¢ (even-money) at the same time.

The game-total has seen the biggest price movements. The over was trading at 59¢ (-144) on August 3 before steadily plummeting to its current plus-money status.

Panthers vs Cardinals Public-Betting Splits

The NFL public betting splits for Thursday night show the public hammering the over, with 90% of O/U wagers and 79% of O/U handle on the over so far.

The public also has a lean to the Panthers on the moneyline: 66% of moneyline tickets but only 54% of moneyline handle.
