Undefeated Irish middleweight contender Aaron McKenna (20-0) makes his Zuffa Boxing debut in his first world title fight against Etinosa Oliha (22-0) in his home country. McKenna and Oliha compete for the vacant IBF 160-pound title in the Zuffa Boxing 10 main event.

McKenna is the last of three Irish fighters competing on the main card. He is joined by former Zuffa Boxing 01 headlining fighter Callum Walsh (16-0) and local amateur boxing legend Joe Ward (12-1). Walsh takes on Tyler Denny (21-4-3) in the co-main event, with Ward facing Artjom Kasparian (14-0) just before.

Although all are favored to win, neither McKenna, Walsh, nor Ward has an easy matchup, embodying Dana White’s vow to make his promotion the most competitive in boxing.

Aaron McKenna vs Etinosa Oliha Prediction

Aaron McKenna vs Etinosa Oliha will be a thrilling affair for as long as it lasts. Neither man is ever willing to back down in the ring, likely resulting in both taking a visit to the hospital after their title fight settles.

Oliha is the more powerful puncher of the two, in both his physique and explosive style. The Italian tends to sit back and wait more than his Irish counterpart before exploding into quick, powerful combinations. Oliha can struggle to set up his combinations, resulting in only 12 knockouts of his 22 victories. But all it really takes is one moment for him to end any fight.

While McKenna has much less of that effect, he is the cleaner boxer in the pocket with tighter punches much more responsible defense. McKenna will meet anyone in the center of the ring and slug it out, believing that his pace and cardio will last longer than those of his opponents.

Fighting Oliha on the inside is a dangerous game for anyone to play, McKenna included. Oliha has the power to catch anyone, but that’s what it would take for him to beat McKenna. Unless he forces a wild exchange to land a big combination, McKenna is the faster, slicker boxer with more in his arsenal. The Irishman wins his first world title in an entertaining 12-round affair to send the crowd home happy.

  • Pick: Aaron McKenna by Decision (-125 at DraftKings)

Callum Walsh vs Tyler Denny Best Bet

Callum Walsh is slowly working his way up the middleweight rankings, but has still yet to face anyone who can match his physical and athletic attributes. Tyler Denny has the experience, having shared the ring with 168-pound champion Hamzah Sheeraz, but is not at the point in his career where he can match Walsh’s pace and movement.

Walsh is not the superstar that Zuffa Boxing wants him to be, but he is one of the trickiest and most creative boxers in the division. His feet are almost constantly moving and cutting angles for his punches to come from unorthodox edges. Walsh’s lackluster defense leaves a lot to be desired, yet Denny is not the counter-puncher to exploit that part of his game.

Even in his prime, Denny is not fast enough with his hands or feet to keep up with Walsh. The decade between them will only heighten that effect. Denny has fought noticeably more cautiously since his second-round knockout loss to Sheeraz in 2024 and will not keep up with Walsh throwing just one punch at a time.

Walsh will out-point Denny from bell-to-bell and frustrate the veteran with his constant movement. His footwork will be somewhat of a double-edged sword, preventing him from sitting down long enough to create a finishing sequence, but Walsh will remain undefeated in Dublin.

  • Boxing Picks: Callum Walsh by Decision (+110 at DraftKings)

Joe Ward vs Artjom Kasparian Best Bet

As arguably the greatest Irish amateur boxer of all time, Joe Ward has an opportunity to finally take his professional career to the level everyone has always expected. The 32-year-old rides a 12-fight win streak into a clash with undefeated power puncher Artjom Kasparian in his Zuffa Boxing debut.

Like many amateurs, Ward has all the tools to be a world-class boxer. He is gifted with quick hands, exceptional vision and sound footwork, even if his combinations can get robotic at times and lack urgency. The only loss of his career was caused by a freak knee injury in his pro debut.

Kasparian does not have Ward’s boxing prowess, but he makes up for that discrepancy with elite placement on his thudding power shots. Kasparian also has unblemished timing on his power punches. That could become a problem for Ward if he gets too predictable with his by-the-book movement and combo work.

Kasparian needs to force a brawl with Ward to pull off the upset, but a disciplined game plan from ‘Mighty’ will prevent that from happening. A clean fight will reward Ward as the better boxer and win on the scorecards.

  • Boxing Picks: Joe Ward by Decision (+110 at DraftKings)

Sam Hickey vs Brad Axe Prediction

Although not Irish, Sam Hickey has the best showcase matchup on the Zuffa Boxing 10 main card. Hickey returns just two months after scoring an impressive knockout in his promotional debut in his sixth professional fight.

The sample size is small, but Hickey has already displayed elite athleticism and lightning-fast hands. His footwork is almost as impressive, allowing him to remain in the appropriate range to torture his early opponents.

Axe will be older, bigger and stronger than Hickey, but the speed and athleticism difference will be vast. Axe has been hurt by much worse fighters before and will find himself in an immensely unfavorable position once he allows Hickey to get going. Hickey will break him down before he even registers what is happening in front of him.

  • Boxing Picks: Sam Hickey Moneyline (-1567 at Polymarket)
