NFL Week 3 is already upon us, with the betting landscape continuing to take shape. True value often hides in the player prop markets rather than standard game lines.

Whether it is Saquon Barkley establishing a high floor by exceeding 17.5 rushing attempts in five straight games, Travis Kelce routinely clearing 50.5 receiving yards as a heavy favorite, or Justin Jefferson punishing defensive schemes for 68+ yards, the league is full of statistical patterns.

My goal is to deliver the most powerful, data-driven player trends across the league. Instead of relying on gut feelings, I am breaking down historical data, situational splits, and matchup-specific metrics.

De’Von Achane | Rushing + Receiving Yards

De’Von Achane has exceeded 90.5 rushing + receiving yards in eleven of his last 13 games (120.2 rushing + receiving yards/game average).

Because we are only entering Week 3, this impressive 13-game sample size stretches back through last season. It highlights just how remarkably consistent the Miami Dolphins playmaker has been. Achane’s dual-threat profile makes him a nightmare for opposing defensive schemes, giving us multiple avenues for him to rack up yardage.

De’Von AchaneOver 113.5 Yards-113BetMGM

Achane draws a prime matchup against a Kansas City Chiefs unit giving up 252.5 total net yards and exactly 90 rushing yards per game. Over 113.5 rushing + receiving yards is priced at -113 at BetMGM. Given that he averages a staggering 120.2 scrimmage yards per game during this 13-game stretch, trusting him to clear the 91.5-yard threshold on your NFL rushing + receiving yards props slip offers a massive statistical edge.

Chuba Hubbard | Rushing Attempts

Chuba Hubbard has failed to exceed 17.5 rushing attempts in 19 straight games (9.4 rushing attempts/game average).

With an 19-game sample size spanning across the entirety of last season and into the current campaign, this is one of the most reliable fade trends on the board. Hubbard simply is not seeing the requisite volume to threaten this number, averaging a mere 9.4 carries per tilt over that span. The caveat, of course, is that backfield mate Jonathan Brooks was put on IR.

Chuba HubbardUnder 17.5 Carries-119BetMGM

The best available line for his NFL carries props is set right at 17.5 at BetMGM, with the Under sitting at -119. While the Cleveland Browns defense is allowing 131.5 rushing yards per game at 4.6 yards per carry, game script and overall volume remain the biggest hurdles for the Carolina Panthers backfield. BetMGM offers the under at -119. Fading Hubbard continues to be the sharp play.

Zay Flowers | Receptions

Zay Flowers has failed to exceed 5.5 receptions in nine of his last eleven games (4.5 receptions/game average).

Spanning into last season, Flowers has routinely fallen short of the six-catch mark, clearing it just twice in his last 11 outings. Baltimore’s run-heavy offensive philosophy inherently limits his weekly reception ceiling.

Zay FlowersUnder 5.5 Receptions-164BetMGM

I found a best available line of -164 for the Under on his NFL receptions props. Flowers will face a Dallas Cowboys defense that allows 218.5 passing yards per game and a hefty 68% third-down conversion rate. Even in a skirmish where the Ravens might extend drives, Flowers’ historical target volume suggests the Under is still the mathematically sound wager. He also missed Week 2 with a hamstring injury and is a question mark to suit up.

Dontayvion Wicks | Receiving Yards

Dontayvion Wicks has failed to exceed 40.5 receiving yards in eleven of his last 14 games (28.9 receiving yards/game average).

Carrying over from the previous season, Wicks has been bottled up consistently, averaging just 28.9 receiving yards per game during this 14-game stretch. With a 78.5% hit rate favoring the Under, the volume simply has not materialized for the Philadelphia Eagles receiver to reliably push past the 40-yard barrier. He has, however, gone over that total in his first two games as a Philadelphia Eagle.

Dontayvion WicksUnder 41.5 Yards-115BetMGM

His current NFL receiving yards props line is set at 41.5 yards, with a best available Under price of -115. It is unlikely he has a huge contest against the Chicago Bears. Chicago features a stout defensive scheme yielding just 23 points per game and 252 passing yards per outing. The Bears also stifle opposing offenses to a meager 31.8% third-down conversion rate. Backing the Under fits this defensive profile flawlessly.
