Seven of the 10 totals picks land on the over. Eight of the 10 sides back a favorite, with Tennessee and UCF the only underdogs the model wants.

Texas vs Tennessee AI Picks

Texas is 3-0 and holding the top ranking, and the defense is the reason. The Longhorns limited UTSA to 142 yards in a 30-6 win.

Arch Manning is 59 of 96 for 661 yards with seven touchdowns and two picks, completing 61.46% of his throws. Steady production has been enough so far, though Knoxville is a different environment than anything Texas has seen this season.

Tennessee is 3-0 behind freshman Faizon Brandon, who went 18 of 26 for 178 yards and a touchdown in a 42-9 win over Kennesaw State. The Vols ran for 268 yards on 41 carries in that game, with Daune Morris gaining 116 on 14 totes.

Oregon vs USC AI Picks

USC is 4-0. Oregon already has a loss. The market flipped this one anyway, moving the Ducks off the underdog side and into favorite territory in Los Angeles.

Oregon dropped a 39-31 game at Oklahoma State, then answered with an 84-0 win over Portland State. The second result came against an FCS opponent, so the Oklahoma State tape is the one that should carry more weight here.

Jayden Maiava has been excellent for the Trojans, throwing for 1,173 yards with 12 touchdowns and one interception at 75.7% through four games. USC has scored in all 16 quarters it has played this season.

Illinois vs Ohio State AI Picks

Ohio State has won 10 straight in this series, every one of them by double digits. Ryan Day is also 58-1 in his career against unranked opponents.

Katin Houser has struggled against ranked opposition. He is 0-4 as a starter against AP-ranked opponents, averaging 140.5 passing yards in those games with a 106.9 rating and three picks against three touchdowns.

The Buckeyes have the pieces to bury this early. Julian Sayin has thrown 148 consecutive pass attempts at home without an interception, and Jeremiah Smith needs 42 receiving yards to reach 3,000 for his career.

The risk on the over is obvious. Ohio State has held visiting teams under 20 points in 24 straight home games, so the over may need Ohio State to supply most of the scoring.
