Jake Ferguson (TB vs DAL) +230 (DraftKings)
Jake Ferguson is an appealing value play after finding the end zone three times on just 15 targets this season. His red-zone efficiency has been especially impressive, and that makes him worth considering when looking for a touchdown scorer at a plus price.
Tampa Bay has allowed three touchdowns and 273 receiving yards to tight ends through four games, giving Ferguson a favorable matchup to continue his scoring form. With the Cowboys’ offense coming off a strong performance, I expect Ferguson to have opportunities near the goal line once again.
Kyle Monongai (GB vs CHI) +130 (FanDuel)
Kyle Monangai is coming off a huge Week 4 performance in which he scored two rushing touchdowns, and I’m willing to go back to him against Green Bay. Monangai has already found the end zone three times on 60 carries this season while averaging an impressive 5.4 yards per carry.
The Packers have also shown some vulnerability against opposing running backs, surrendering seven rushing touchdowns through four games. With Monangai coming off a 30-carry workload and the Bears potentially leaning on him again, I like his chances of getting another opportunity to punch one in.
Nico Collins (TEX vs TEN) +120 (DraftKings)
Nico Collins is another receiver I’m targeting after already scoring three touchdowns in just two games this season. Collins found the end zone in both Week 1 and Week 4 while hauling in 14 passes for 193 yards. That production is especially encouraging considering the limited sample size, and his connection with C.J. Stroud gives Houston a clear path to creating explosive plays through the air.
Tennessee has allowed opposing wide receivers to average 167.0 receiving yards per game, which sets Collins up for another productive outing. If Houston is going to avoid an 0-5 start, I expect Collins to be heavily involved.
George Kittle (SF vs SEA) +170 (FanDuel)
George Kittle has been on a tear around the goal line, scoring four receiving touchdowns over his last three games. He’s found the end zone in each of those contests while seeing 22 targets during that stretch, giving him both the production and opportunity I’m looking for in a touchdown scorer. Kittle now gets a Seattle defense that has allowed two touchdowns to tight ends through four games.
Given his recent scoring form and his history of producing against the Seahawks, Kittle is one of my favorite tight end touchdown plays this week.
Amon-Ra St. Brown (DET vs ARI) -145 (FanDuel)
Amon-Ra St. Brown has been one of Detroit’s most reliable touchdowns threats this season, already finding the end zone five times on 46 targets through four games. The matchup with Arizona is particularly appealing, as the Cardinals have already allowed eight receiving touchdowns to wide receivers, an average of two per game. With St. Brown seeing consistent volume, I like his chances of turning that opportunity into another touchdown.
Josh Allen (BUF vs LAR) -125 (FanDuel)
Josh Allen is my pick to find the end zone against the Rams, and his rushing production makes him one of the safest touchdown options on the board. Allen has scored at least one rushing touchdown in all four games this season, leading the NFL with seven rushing TDs on just 33 carries.
His ability to create touchdowns with his legs gives him a much higher floor than most quarterbacks, especially when Buffalo gets close to the goal line. In a matchup against the Rams, I like Allen’s rushing ability to be a major factor again.
