Ohio State at Indiana leads the opening Week 7 college football odds, and it is not a close call. The Buckeyes are laying four in Bloomington against a Hoosiers team that has won 22 straight, with kickoff set for noon ET Saturday on FOX.

The SEC gives us plenty too. Texas hosts Florida off its first defeat, Alabama heads to Knoxville for the Third Saturday in October, and Georgia comes home to face Auburn.

Ohio State vs Indiana Odds

Four points is one of the shortest spreads on the entire board, and the 49.5 total is low for two offenses this good. The Ohio State vs Indiana odds have the Buckeyes at -192 with Indiana coming back at +160.

Ohio State arrives off a 45-16 win over Maryland that stretched its home streak to 12 games. Julian Sayin went 13 of 21 for 242 yards and four touchdowns, and Jeremiah Smith turned four catches into 93 yards and two scores.

Indiana got there the hard way. The Hoosiers beat Nebraska 20-17 while managing only 65 rushing yards and 328 total, with Josh Hoover throwing for 263 and Nick Marsh accounting for 187 receiving yards on his own.

Worth knowing that FanDuel is not on the same number. It has Ohio State -4.5 (-114) with a 50.5 total and a -205 moneyline, so the two books differ by half a point on the total and a full point on the moneyline.

With a spread this short, it is a game worth pricing around. Some bettors also compare the prediction market apps on close matchups, and the Kalshi promo code page covers what signing up there involves.

Florida vs Texas Odds

Texas is laying 10 at home in its first game since Oklahoma ended the unbeaten run 27-24 in Dallas. The Florida vs Texas odds have the Longhorns at -355, with a 53.5 total.

That loss is worth putting in context. Oklahoma managed only 238 total yards and still won, because a pick-six and a blocked punt recovered in the end zone accounted for 14 of its 27 points.

Arch Manning threw for 260 yards and three touchdowns, but his two interceptions were the difference, including one with 19 seconds left that set up the winning kick. Texas drops to 4-1 and is still a double-digit favorite this week.

Auburn vs Georgia and Alabama vs Tennessee Odds

Georgia is home laying 18.5 after winning 20-17 in Tuscaloosa. Gunner Stockton was excellent at 18 of 22 for 249 yards with a passing score and a 14-yard rushing touchdown, and Dwight Phillips Jr. ran 17 times for 120 yards.

The Bulldogs outgained Alabama 455 to 346 and moved to 6-0. The Auburn vs Georgia odds now ask them to cover nearly three touchdowns, which is a very different assignment than winning a three-point game on the road.

Alabama is 5-1 and still favored by 6.5 at Tennessee in the Alabama vs Tennessee odds, with the total sitting at 56.5. The Tide are -245 on the moneyline and the Vols come back at +200.

Other Week 7 Betting Lines to Watch

Miami is giving 21 to Florida State in the biggest number of the week, and Notre Dame is the largest road favorite at -12.5 in Provo. Kentucky at Oklahoma carries the shortest Saturday total at 42.5.

Houston is only laying 3.5 at home to Oklahoma State, and North Carolina at Duke sits on a flat three. Thursday’s Colorado State at Texas State has a 67.5 total, the highest on the board by eight points. Our college football betting splits page has the ticket and handle breakdowns as money comes in.
