  • My college football DFS picks cover Saturday’s 12-game Week 8 main slate under a $50,000 DraftKings cap
  • One Big 12 game supplies three of the eight spots
  • Keep reading for the full CFB DFS lineup, every salary and the stacks and value plays behind each pick

College football DFS asks you to fill a quarterback, two running backs, three receivers, a flex and a superflex under a $50,000 cap. Saturday’s main slate runs 12 games starting at noon ET on Oct. 24.

I paid up at receiver, stacked one Big 12 game and found savings at flex. If you’re weighing DFS apps, these salaries are specific to DraftKings Classic.

Here’s my full Week 8 lineup, my stacks and the reasoning on all eight picks.

CFB DFS Picks: Week 8 DraftKings Lineup

S-FLEXQuinten JoynerTexas Tech$3,000
Total$50,000

That uses the full $50,000, and seven of these eight kick off at noon ET, so nearly all of this DraftKings lineup locks early.

Salaries from the DraftKings main slate; confirm pricing and availability before lock on DraftKings.

CFB DFS Picks: Week 8 Stacks & Value Plays

The core stack is Jaden Craig with Ed Small against a West Virginia defense allowing the most passing yards in the country. Prince Strachan brings it back from the West Virginia side, giving me exposure to both passing attacks if the game turns into a shootout.

Small, Strachan and Joyner are the value plays. Combined, they cost $11,600 and fund Toney, Becker and Bishop at the top.

CFB DFS Picks: Jaden Craig ($6,400)

  • Jaden Craig, TCU vs. West Virginia

Craig threw for 294 yards and two touchdowns in TCU’s win at Baylor.

West Virginia allows 333.5 passing yards per game, the most in the country, and TCU ran for just 33 yards at Baylor. At $6,400, Craig gets the slate’s best passing matchup with the offense running through him.

CFB DFS Picks: DeSean Bishop ($8,100)

  • DeSean Bishop, Tennessee at South Carolina

Bishop has 837 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns on 139 carries, including 85 carries over his last three games.

South Carolina is a two-point home favorite in the college football odds, so a close game should keep that workload intact at $8,100.

CFB DFS Picks: Cole Tabb ($6,600)

  • Cole Tabb, Cincinnati vs. Texas Tech

Tabb ran for 118 yards and two touchdowns and caught a scoring pass against West Virginia. His production as both a runner and receiver gives me two ways to score fantasy points.

Cincinnati runs for 231.2 yards per game, and Tabb’s receiving role gives him a floor against a stout Texas Tech front at $6,600.

CFB DFS Picks: Malachi Toney ($9,300)

  • Malachi Toney, Miami vs. Pitt

Toney caught 11 passes for 154 yards and two scores against Florida State, giving him 50 catches, 758 yards and eight touchdowns in six games.

That combination of receptions, yardage and touchdowns is why I am paying up for Toney in this CFB DFS lineup. To play his yardage instead, the PrizePicks promo code is another option.

CFB DFS Picks: Charlie Becker ($8,000)

  • Charlie Becker, Indiana at Michigan

Becker caught nine passes for a career-high 165 yards against Ohio State after posting eight touchdowns through his first five games.

Indiana ran for just 78 yards in that loss, so expect the offense to keep flowing through Becker and Nick Marsh at Michigan.

CFB DFS Picks: Ed Small ($4,900)

  • Ed Small, TCU vs. West Virginia

Small caught Craig’s 25-yard touchdown at Baylor and entered that game as TCU’s leading receiver with 403 yards.

At $4,900, he completes the Craig stack against the country’s most generous pass defense.

CFB DFS Picks: Prince Strachan ($3,700)

  • Prince Strachan, West Virginia at TCU

Strachan has grown into the role since missing the first two games, with five catches for 121 yards against Arizona.

He also caught passes of 41 and 40 yards on the game-winning drive against Cincinnati, making him the natural bring-back if TCU forces West Virginia to throw.

CFB DFS Picks: Quinten Joyner ($3,000)

  • Quinten Joyner, Texas Tech at Cincinnati

Cameron Dickey is out with a high ankle sprain, leaving Joyner behind J’Koby Williams. Joyner is back from the torn ACL that cost him 2025.

Texas Tech is 6-0 and coming off a 53-25 win, so a late lead opens touches at $3,000. The Underdog Fantasy promo code offers another way to play this backfield.
