The 2025 College Football season kicks off August 23rd with 134 FBS teams across the country battling to win their respective conferences. Conference championship odds will shift throughout the season based on wins and losses, injuries, and roster changes.
We’re tracking the odds to win each FBS conference as they change throughout the season. The page starts with the Power Four conferences (in alphabetical order), followed by the Group of Five conferences.

Odds to Win 2025 ACC Championship
Sep 29: An idle Miami Hurricanes saw their average ACC odds shorten after Week 5, going from +125 to -114, likely due to Wake Forest taking lead-leading Georgia Tech to overtime.
Aug 22: Clemson is now the heavy +106 favorite ahead of kickoff, with Cade Klubnik winning Preseason ACC Player of the Year. The Tigers improve dramatically from their +270 opening line, while Miami lengthens to +389 and SMU falls to +862. Bill Belichick’s arrival at North Carolina generates headlines, but the Tar Heels remain at +4000.
Jan 27: Clemson opens at +270 to defend their ACC title after beating SMU in the 2024 championship game. Miami starts at +310 with Carson Beck taking over at quarterback. Meanwhile, SMU sits at +440 entering its second ACC season. Florida State opens as a +1600 longshot after a disappointing 2-10 campaign following their undefeated 2023 season.

Odds to Win 2025 Big 12 Championship
Sep 29: Arizona State continues to hand with conference favorites Texas Tech, going from +550 to +411 after a 27-24 over TCU on Friday night.
Aug 22: Texas Tech makes the biggest move in the conference, improving from +950 to +600 after adding defensive transfers David Bailey (Stanford) and Lee Hunter (UCF) through the portal. Utah surges from +1900 to +610 with QB Cameron Rising’s replacement settled. Arizona State holds steady at +550 as defending champs with Sam Leavitt returning at quarterback. Baylor improves to +640 from +700 behind QB Behren Morton.
Jan 27: Arizona State opens at +550 after stunning the conference with an 8-1 Big 12 record and championship victory over Iowa State. Texas Tech and Kansas State both start at +950, while Utah sits as a major longshot at +1900. Baylor opens at +700 with their quarterback-running back duo returning healthy.

2025 Big Ten Championship Odds
Sep 29: Easily the biggest game in the country over the weekend, Oregon took down Penn State 30-24 in double overtime, and are now averaging +158 to win the Big Ten.
Aug 22: Ohio State lengthens to +200 from their opening +155 despite winning the 2024 national championship. Penn State makes the biggest improvement, shortening from +410 to +230 with Drew Allar returning for his senior season and the Nittany Lions bringing back Nicholas Singleton at running back. Oregon falls to +370 from +240 as defending Big Ten champs. Michigan holds steady at +900 with true freshman Bryce Underwood winning the quarterback job.
Jan 27: Ohio State opens as +155 favorites coming off their College Football Playoff championship victory over Notre Dame. Oregon sits at +240 after defeating Penn State 45-37 in the 2024 Big Ten title game. Penn State starts at +410 despite making the CFP semifinals, while Michigan opens at +900.

Odds to Win 2025 SEC Championship
Sep 29: Alabama continues to bounce back from their Week 1 loss to FSU, seeing their SEC odds shorten to +262 after going into Sanford Stadium and taking down Georgia.
Aug 22: Texas moves to +269 despite Arch Manning taking over at quarterback, lengthening from their +200 opening line. Georgia improves to +312 from +400 with Gunner Stockton stepping in as the new starter after Carson Beck transfers to Miami. Alabama makes the biggest jump, shortening from +750 to +424 under second-year coach Kalen DeBoer. LSU enters the market at +650 after having no opening line, with linebacker Harold Perkins returning after recording 10 sacks in 2024.
Feb 1: Texas opens as +200 favorites in their second SEC season after reaching the conference championship game in 2024. Georgia sits at +400 as defending SEC champs following their overtime victory against Texas. Alabama starts at +750 with questions surrounding the program after Nick Saban’s retirement. Texas A&M opens at +2300 under Mike Elko, while Tennessee sits at +2500.

2025 American Championship Odds
Sep 29: After hanging fifty-five points on FAU over the weekend, Memphis are now averaging +336 to win the AAC, while Tulane slipped a little from +295 to +303 following the Green Wave’s win over Tulsa.
Aug 22: Tulane opens at +340 as favorites after reaching three consecutive AAC championship games. Navy starts at +400 looking to build on their momentum, while Army sits at +550 following their stunning 35-14 championship victory over Tulane in their first AAC season. UTSA opens at +475 with high expectations for McCown’s development.

2025 Conference USA Championship Odds
Sep 29: Louisiana Tech is now as short as +200 to win the C-USA title after their 30-11 win over UTEP in El Paso.
Aug 22: Liberty opens at +130, looking to bounce back after losing the 2024 championship game to Jacksonville State. Western Kentucky starts at +320 seeking redemption after their 52-12 title game loss. Jacksonville State sits at +1000 as defending champions coming off their dominant victory. Louisiana Tech opens at +900 with an experienced roster.

2025 MAC Championship Odds
Sep 29: Toledo bounced back from their loss to Western Michigan in a big way, thumping Akron 45-3, but their +350 MAC odds are still well back of Ohio’s +160.
Aug. 22: Toledo opens at +240 as favorites despite Ohio’s breakthrough season. Ohio starts at +340 after winning their first MAC championship since 1968. Buffalo sits at +450 following a 7-1 MAC record in 2024, while Miami OH opens at +700 looking to bounce back from their title game loss.

2025 Mountain West Championship Odds
Sep 29: Coming off a bye in Week 5, Fresno State’s average MWC odds has shortened from +800 to +683 heading into a Week 6 matchup against Nevada.
Aug 22: Boise State opens at -155 as overwhelming favorites after winning back-to-back Mountain West championships. San Jose State starts at +750, while UNLV sits at +850 following an 11-3 season and hosting the 2024 title game. Fresno State opens at +1100 with new coach Matt Entz arriving from North Dakota State.

2025 Sun Belt Championship Odds
Sep 29: It may not have been a Sun Belt matchup, but Old Dominion has seen their conference title odds shorten from +650 to +506 after the Monarchs’ 21-7 win over Liberty.
Aug 22: James Madison opens at +275 as favorites finally eligible after their transition period ends. Louisiana starts at +725, while Texas State and South Alabama both open at +750. Marshall sits at +850 after winning their first Sun Belt title, defeating Louisiana in convincing fashion. Troy opens at +1500 after winning back-to-back titles in 2022 and 2023.
